5 bedroom, 4 full bathrooms (sleeps 12) 4000+ sq. ft. home with huge outdoor entertaining areas. Main house has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and has 1 king and 5 twin beds. The house has separate 1100 sq. ft 2 bedroom, 1 full bath, dining, living, kitchen in-law so can be rented by two families very well.

House is .5 miles from private beach and access to others within 1-1.5 miles. Unbelievably beautiful walking neighborhood, and direct access to Shining Sea Bike Path.

House comes fully stocked with sheets, towels, kitchen items, paper items, and includes cleaning and all fees. There are two fully stocked kitchens. 2 king beds, and 7 twin beds. House is fully ACed with central air minus two bedrooms which have window units. Private beach access is walkable or you can ride car down drop items and ride a bike back. We provide just about every amenity for the beach and bikes for bike rides on the bike path.

Not pictured are the basketball hoop, ping pong table, foosball table, 2 TVs, Grill, Bikes, and much more.

    Beautiful and quiet location and yet close to activities and food. Edward didn't oversell. Everything was as described. He responded to questions within minutes. Perfection!!! Already booked for next year.

    Wonderful space for our little family to visit the cape. Very near private beach, Chapoquoit beach, shining sea bike path, and west Falmouth market, making it perfect for when convenience is key. The yard and the outdoor shower were both also gems— we spent an afternoon hanging out front and shooting hoops. Edward was an extremely kind, helpful and responsive host. Would definitely come back again.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Edward's home in Falmouth. It was clean, extremely quiet, and in an idyllic setting. Edward was also extremely friendly and reached out on multiple occasions to make sure our check-in and stay were going well. Unlike a lot of Airbnb's, Edward's property looked exactly like the pictures. If I'm ever in the area, I would absolutely stay again.
