Brought my family here to experience the cape,( all the way from WA) on the same street that i grew up spending summers on! This home was perfect, from the well appointed kitchen, the comfy beds, and the great back yard with a fire pit to sit around and enjoy your family . This was a vacation for the books !! You wont regret staying here in this wonderful cape cottage!!

We spent a week at Seacoast Escape the first week of August, 2026. The house was ideal for 3 generations, including 3 small children. It was immaculate when we arrived. It was updated with a well-appointed kitchen. The outside deck was ideal for al fresco dining. The kids loved the shaded yard. The finished downstairs gave us additional space.

We have just returned from a lovely week at the cape. This is the 2nd year that we have rented this beautiful home. It really has everything you can think of. The house is beautifully furnished. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and ceiling fans. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal. The deck and backyard is gorgeous. It is so nice to sit outside and relax in more than one seating area. There are bikes, Kayaks, paddle board & corn hold to keep everyone so busy! There is a beach across the street that is beautiful and has an ice cream boat that pulls up in the middle of the day selling popsicles & even Ice coffee. (super cute) The house is very clean- I love having the washer and dryer in the house. Great location to restaurants and Mashpee. I highly recommend this home!

We stayed at Seacoast Escape in June 2026 and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. It was the perfect setting for our family and friends, and the teenagers especially loved the finished basement with the large TV and games. Seacoast Escape was exactly the relaxing getaway we had hoped for. Thank you, Kate, for such a memorable stay!

We are a great stay at Kate's house. My husband, myself, and our two kids (age 4.5 and 2) spent the week. The house was perfect for the kids - and we appreciated the beach accessories, and short walk to the safe beach. The house came well stocked - and we especially appreciated the washer/dryer and vacuum. We went pre-season so were only able to use the association pool one day - but it was great -- and the kids loved it.

We have stayed in Falmouth before, but more east - but found it very easy to get to downtown and also incredibly close to other towns we hadnt explored.

The house was very comfortable, the kitchen was fabulous, and kate was great to work with and higly communicative.

Hoping we can stay again.

I booked this cottage for my birthday weekend and invited a group of friends to celebrate with me, and it ended up being one of the most memorable places I have ever stayed.

I have traveled to over 22 countries and stayed in countless rentals, and I can honestly say I have never felt compelled to write a review before.

The location was perfect for our trip. If you are planning to visit Martha's Vineyard, this is an excellent place to stay and use as a home base. At the same time, the cottage itself offers so much that you could easily make the property the vacation and never feel the need to leave.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt incredibly thoughtful and well curated. The space struck the perfect balance between modern and cozy. At one point, I genuinely started wondering if it was some sort of magical house because there truly wasn't anything we needed that we couldn't find. There were so many amenities to enjoy that the house itself felt like a destination.

What made the experience even more exceptional was Kate as a host. I have never met someone so attentive and generous. Before the trip, she gave me countless recommendations for things to do in the area and even reviewed my itinerary to make suggestions and help us make the most of the weekend. Knowing we were celebrating my birthday, she left me a mug as a thoughtful gift and even arranged for a friend to drop off helmets for the bikes she provided so our group could enjoy them safely. These gestures made me feel genuinely cared for, almost like I was visiting a close relative rather than just renting a cottage.

I wish I could pack up this cottage and bring it with me wherever I travel next. Since I can't, I'm happy knowing others will get to experience this little piece of magic too.

I booked and held my daughters baby shower here this past weekend. Not only was the house so coastal and special, we had plenty of room and thoroughly enjoyed it. Working with Kate was so easy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Loved the house!! Everything was extremely clean and it was a great layout. Great indoor and outdoor spaces and the location was ideal. Close to downtown that had great restaurants and shops, to different beaches and to the bike path. Kate is an amazing host and the house had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable and lots of space to hang out. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to the area.

This home is absolutely the most wonderful rental on Cape Cod! From the moment we entered the house we fell in love with it. We truly felt like we were in a 5-star hotel! There is not one thing the owner did not think of. The kitchen was so well stocked, and the furnishings were over the top. We just felt so comfortable and as we entertained our family the grandchildren ages 9-20 had plenty to do right there at the house. You will never work with a homeowner as pleasant and informative as Kate. We truly lucked out and we cannot wait to return in 2026!

We have been renting in Falmouth for years and this is by far the nicest house that we have stayed in. It felt like we were at a 5 star hotel. Every detail was thought out. The decor was so tasteful. The beds were so comfortable. Being able to have sheets and towels and really all the amenities from home already there made it such a great experience. The location of the house was also key.
You have a beach in walking distance- you can kayak- go to the club house and have dinner etc. We are hoping to book again next year. Kate the homeowner was outstanding - any questions- she was right there to answer and really made our stay so enjoyable. I definitely recommend this beautiful home!

We have been going to Falmouth for years and this is by far the best house we have ever rented. The house is perfect from end to end. The backyard is an oasis that we spent many nights enjoying the fire. The amenities that they provide are beyond amazing including the pool club. The kitchen is so well equipped and the appliances were amazing. We had so much fun riding the bikes in the super friendly neighborhood. The "basement" was awesome with the most comfortable couch and games galore. Late night pool games are a must! The hosts are so responsive and had great recommendations. From a family that has truly rented houses in so many locations (Cape, UVA, Vermont, etc) this is by far our favorite. We wish we could have stayed there for 2 weeks! Already planning on our trip next year! Thank you Kate so much for making out trip so easy and amazing! We appreciate you!

We had a wonderful week staying at the Seacoast Escape. I cannot say enough about the house. Kate thought of everything a visitor may need or want in the house and if it didn't have it, Kate was a text away and ordered what you needed. The backyard is a great oasis with a lot of natural privacy from the neighbors if you just want to hang out, or lots of options to compete in backyard games or exercise on a paddle board or bike. Location-wise I also found it to work out well. You are equi-distant from Mashpee Commons and the down town area of Falmouth and even closer to the Falmouth beaches.

We recently stayed at this amazing property and we can't say enough great things about it. Recently renovated and every room is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen has an induction stove which is wonderful to cook on, plenty of room to eat with a massive table and overflow stools if needed at the island which leads into a very comfortable living room where guests can lounge while you are preparing food in the kitchen. The basement is a really great space with a pool table, super comfortable couch to lounge on to watch TV, brand new washer and dryer, games, Xbox...it is where we spent a lot of time when we were there and was a lot of fun. The bedrooms are all spacious with large, comfortable beds and black out shades to keep the light from waking you up. The outdoor space is great as well with a large firepit area, a hammock to relax in, comfortable seating areas, large table to eat at on the spacious deck, and a shed that has lawn games and other stuff (like bikes, beach chairs, etc.). If you are into doing stuff on the water, they have kayaks within walking distance. The association also is within walking distance and has a pool, restaurant, tennis court (which we also played pickle ball on), etc. The location is also tremendous, short drives to main street, Mashpee Commons, Falmouth Heights Beach, Old Silver Beach, ferry to the Vineyard., etc. We have rented a lot of places on the Cape and this is by far our favorite, we would be back in a heartbeat! Can't thank the hosts enough for a great vacation, you won't be disappointed if you rent this place!

This Cape house is in a great location, close to beaches and restaurants in Falmouth. Beautiful house with nautical decor, it fit our large extended family for a week! The owners have thought of every detail- full kitchen, open layout, backyard entertaining space, basement with games! Every detail has been thought out with toiletries in each bathroom, chargers in the bedrooms, and Bluetooth speakers throughout! It was a wonderful space to spend a week! Owner is great to work with and very responsive! Will be back soon!
