Enjoy your summer vacation in the New Silver Beach area in North Falmouth with an easy walk to the Neighborhood Association Beach. This well maintained raised ranch style house has plenty of room featuring four bedrooms, a full bathroom on each level, a den. There is a porch off the kitchen/dining area. There is central air on the first level and window units on the lower level. Other amenities include an outside shower and grill. Fireplace not for use.

New Silver Beach Association offers tennis courts and a playground. No smoking/vaping please. The owner will consider one dog with a pet fee of $200.
