Our home in charming Falmouth, Massachusetts, is a spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath house sitting on Jones Pond. Located approximately one mile to Main Street and less than two miles to Surf Drive Beach, the property is within biking distance to the "Sea to Shining Sea" bike path with easy access to Woods Hole and the Martha's Vineyard Ferry. Don't have bikes? Feel to use one the four available in the two-car garage.

The 2,200 square-foot home, thoughtfully renovated in 2025, includes a kitchen/den/breakfast nook, living room, dining room and half bath on the first floor. The second floor has three bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with twin beds. The primary bedroom includes an en suite bath with shower; the spacious full bath has a shower and tub. Or, just grab a towel and head to the outdoor shower! A laundry room completes the second floor.

The half-acre lot leaves plenty of room for enjoying a game of cornhole or take a spin in the family-friendly 17' Old Town canoe or the two-person kayak. Ready to get the evening rolling?
