Our home in charming Falmouth, Massachusetts, is a spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath house sitting on Jones Pond. Located approximately one mile to Main Street and less than two miles to Surf Drive Beach, the property is within biking distance to the "Sea to Shining Sea" bike path with easy access to Woods Hole and the Martha's Vineyard Ferry. Don't have bikes? Feel free to use one the four available in the two-car garage.

The 2,200 square-foot home, thoughtfully renovated in 2025, includes a kitchen/den/breakfast nook with mini split AC unit, living room, dining room and half bath on the first floor. The second floor has three bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with twin beds. The primary bedroom includes an en suite bath with shower and mini split AC unit; the spacious full bath has a shower and tub. Or, just grab a towel and head to the outdoor shower! A laundry room completes the second floor.

The half-acre lot leaves plenty of room for enjoying a game of cornhole or take a spin in the family-friendly 17' Old Town canoe or the single-person kayak. Ready to get the evening rolling?     Welcome to our home at 24 Grasmere! Growing up spending our summers on the Cape, John in Chatham and Julie in Falmouth, we developed a lifelong love for the area. Following years of searching, we found a great home on Jones Pond. We loved the location on the pond, the big yard and the four bedrooms -- all great assets for family gatherings. The central location, close to main street and beaches in every direction sealed the deal. The house had great bones but needed a little updating, so soon after purchasing the home in 2024 we got started on a renovation. Flash forward, house is renovated. We love the result and are excited to share it with other Cape lovers, when we're not splitting our time between Denver and Falmouth.

    What is special about this property?
    We love the size and flow of the house, it is ideal for family gatherings. The backyard is perfect for corn hole, whiffle ball and other yard games. The pond is mesmerizing anytime of day and it's hard to beat sitting back in the Adirondack chairs watching the birds, ducks and other pond dwellers go about their lives. The outdoor shower is quintessential Cape. A canoe, kayak and bikes offer the opportunity for a little activity while a living room workspace (with pond view!) and fast WIFI make staying connected a breeze. A new kitchen and second floor laundry are a huge bonus.

    What is special about your town?
    If you've been to Falmouth you already know it is the best town on the Cape. If you haven't been to Falmouth, you'll soon learn it's the best town on the Cape! With Falmouth, you actually have eight villages to explore -- East Falmouth, Waquoit, Teaticket, Falmouth, Hatchville, Woods Hole, West Falmouth and North Falmouth. Each village offers unique places and businesses to explore. Located on Jones Pond in Falmouth, 24 Grasmere's proximity to main street, the bike path and beaches make life easy. Fun fact: Falmouth has 68 miles of coastline!
