This adorable cottage offers central A/C, Wi-Fi, two smart TVs, an enclosed outside shower, and beach chairs for tenant use.

Bright living room offers a full size sleep sofa. Dining area leads to the slider and outdoor patio. Equipped kitchen has everything you need during your stay (no dishwasher). Primary bedroom has a Queen size bed, and the second bedroom has a bunk with full on bottom and twin on top, and a full size sleep sofa in the living room. Beautifully landscaped yard and completely fenced in.

There is an outdoor table and chairs with a gas grill for evening BBQ's. Enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower after a long day at the beach.

Downtown Falmouth only a 5 minute drive, and close to many public beaches. No Smoking, small pets considered.
