This house offers a large bonus room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large newly renovated outdoor shower in a fully fence in backyard. The house has TV, wifi, a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, and washer/ dryer. There is central air and window ac units in the upstairs bedrooms. The backyard has large deck with patio furniture, a propane gas fireplace, and a propane grill.

Sleeps 8 people comfortably. The second floor has a large bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom with a standup shower. The first floor has two bedrooms with queen beds and a bathroom with a tub & shower.

Short walk (0.5 miles) to a private association beach is included in the rental. Other town beaches are within a mile away and day passes are available at the beaches. 2 kayaks are included in the rental and can be put in the bay on the street. Beach cart, chairs, and toys are included.

Falmouth Main Street offers the Cape Cod experience for shopping and dining. There are numerous delicious restaurants, fun shopping places, and playscape's and candy stores/ice cream for children.
