We have been vacationing to Cape Cod and Martha's' Vineyard for the past 25 years and this is by far the best house we've stayed at. The house is well maintained and very clean, with everything you need, the bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful. The neighborhood was perfect for walks and for our grandchildren to ride their bikes. The neighborhood Beach was in walking distance and perfect for kids. Everyone enjoyed the salt water pool and the game room in the basement was awesome. We also had access to the Association Club House and our daughters played Pickle Ball and we had lunch there. Dennis the owner was very accommodating and answered very quickly when we had any questions. Our vacation was very enjoyable and we hope to return next year. show more show less

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exceptionally clean, and the owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. The landscaping was beautiful and well-kept, creating such a peaceful atmosphere.The pool was absolutely fabulous-perfect for relaxing and spending time with the family. Everything about our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We'd definitely love to come back!

My family and I stayed at this property for a week over the 4th weekend, and it was the BEST rental home we've stayed at. We had 5 children 5 years and under, and the security measures the owners have taken with doors, gates, pool alarms, etc. was super helpful and alleviated our stress, while also the kids enjoying the pool and hot tub from sun up to sun down! There was so much space for everyone to stay, and the home was SO clean. The homeowners are wonderful and care about you enjoying your stay, and are always accessible. It is in a perfect location with beach just minutes away. I cannot recommend this home enough and can't wait to go back! show more show less
