Located steps to Great Pond, you’ll enjoy easy access to beautiful water views and shoreline paths as well as access to the Great Harbors Clubhouse with tennis courts and pools just a short walk from the house – Clubhouse fees are an additional: $350.00 per week for 4 guests; plus $55 per week for each guest above 4; no cost for children under 3 years old.

Menauhant Beach is within a few minutes by bike or car and downtown Falmouth, with all the recreational, dining and shopping opportunity it has to offer is within 3 miles.
