Walking distance from the property is Wild Harbor Sailing Club where children and adults can take sailing lessons! Our home is 3 bedrooms, two brand new king sized beds and vaulted ceilings with skylights give it an airy feel. We have an outdoor shower, weber grill, new Keurig, pots and pans and new dishware and flatware.

Most rooms freshly painted and all bedding is new. Parking for 4 cars. Beach chairs, towels, beach caddy, walk to Shining Sea bike path, bikes provided. Additional space in basement for games or working out. Washer dryer, dishwasher. Central AC is a rare find!

    Perfect Family Friendly Cape Spot!

    Perfect three-bedroom cape on the Cape for a family or friend's trip! Plenty of bedroom space, bright airy kitchen, cozy family room and nice deck/yard with outside shower. Location is wonderful for a short walk to a beautiful private beach with warm ocean waters in a protected cove. Perfect for swimming, body surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding or relaxation. Beach is excellent for young kids due to long shallow entry, calm waters and nearby playground. Neighborhood is quaint and quiet with a short drive to North Falmouth restaurants or easy access to downtown Falmouth and Woods Hole. Responsive and respectful owners!     Amazing Cape Cod Vacation

    I had the pleasure of staying here for a girls weekend getaway, and man was it a blast! Perfect area with walkable beach locations, and super close to all of the spots we wanted to hit! A cute, cozy and ideal spot for our vacation. We also really enjoyed the peaceful backyard for our breakfasts. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

    Great location, amenities and easy to work with

    We spent the weekend there for a family reunion. Other members rented different houses and were so envious of our location! If you want to have a great vacation and see beautiful sights, bike ride on the path or swim on the ocean… this is your place! Can't wait to go back!
