Upon entering you'll find the open floor plan complete with a comfortable living area, dining area with large table and gourmet kitchen with center island. All overlooking picturesque views of the pond!
A first-floor bedroom with queen bed, a full bath and laundry are conveniently located off the kitchen. Step out onto the wrap around covered porch with steps down to the grass area for playing games, grilling and dining alfresco.

On the second floor you will find the primary suite (king bed) full bath with soaking tub, shower and double vanity. A private balcony for sitting back and enjoying the view and boats sailing by. There are two additional bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with two twins and a full bath.

Bring your boat or Kayaks - Falmouth landing dock is one street over. Great location to explore Falmouth beaches, Shining Sea Bike path or take the Ferry from Falmouth Harbor to Martha's Vineyard for a day. Take a stroll on Main Street downtown for shopping and dining.

    Nancy Joyal from Berkshire recommended this property. We trusted her judgment and was so glad we did. We rented for a month and had a great experience. We would strongly recommend the property but more importantly, Nancy's services. Nancy is the best. Through Nancy, the Owner of this property was very responsive to any issue that come up which was relatively minimal. The home was tastefully decorated and spacious, accommodating our family of 5 and at times guests. The location and neighborhood was great. The only downside was that our stay was too short! We have every intention of returning. show more show less
