Ideally located steps from the harbor and ferries, 10 minutes walk to the beach, 18 minutes to downtown. Everything you need (groceries, restaurants, shops, recreation, entertainment) is under 1 mile distance.

We supply all the conveniences for a comfortable stay: AC, WiFi, smart TV, high quality cotton sheets and towels, soaps, and paper goods.

When you arrive, you'll pull into a paved driveway that fits 3 cars.

Enter the home through the cape cod blue front or back doors. No need for a key; all entry doors have electronic locks that open with the 4-digit code you specify.

Now step into the living room with beautiful wood floors and cozy brand new rugs. Your group of 6 can comfortably relax together with enough area to play board games, watch tv or curl up with a good book. Board games, books and cards games are available. The kitchen includes dishwasher, electric stove/ oven, fridge and freezer. You'll find all the cookware and utensils needed for anything you want to cook or bake, whether indoors or on the gas grill. We stock a few coastal New England cookbooks and essential small appliances including toaster, tea kettle, blender and Keurig.

The sunny dining room is a perfect spot for morning coffee or a small dinner party.

The retro yellow hall full bathroom has a shower/tub. The bright white master ensuite has a shower and linen closet stocked with plenty of fluffy towels. Both bathrooms include toilet paper, hair dryers and first aid kits

There's also a washer/dryer with laundry supplies in the basement.

The Master bedroom is spacious with vaulted ceilings and has a slider onto the deck with a reading nook and dining table for 6.

The first guest room has two twin beds and is designed with a nautical theme. The second guest bedroom includes two double beds and is designed with a hydrangea theme

All beds are set up with fresh linens including high quality sheets, pillows, blankets and quilts.

You can step down from the kitchen or deck into the spacious yard, big enough for a game of catch or to enjoy the peace in our Adirondack chairs. There is a brand new and spacious outdoor shower complete with hooks and bench.

Falmouth Heights Beach is a 10 minute walk. It's 7 minutes walk to Windfall Market grocery and Harbor Marine Park. It’s less than a 5 minute car ride to Falmouth Village center. Known for boutique shops and restaurants.

Woods Hole village is 5 miles away by bike or trolley, while Cape Cod's famed Old Silver Beach and Mashpee Commons upscale shopping center are 15 minutes by car.

Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees. We also provide guests with list of local restaurants and activities we enjoy when we stay at our house.
