    This beautiful waterfront property has truly been a labor of love for my husband and me. We thoughtfully renovated it as a special place to gather, relax, and create a lifetime of memories with our family.

    What is special about this property?
    As soon as you open the front door, you're greeted by a spacious kitchen that directly overlooks the water, offering spectacular views and seamless access to a generous deck—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. From the deck, you can enjoy breathtaking Cape Cod sunsets as the day comes to a close.

    The first floor also features a comfortable bedroom and a full bathroom, providing convenient and accessible accommodations.

    What is special about your town?
    Falmouth has so much to offer, with three beautiful local beaches just under two miles away. You can catch the Island Queen ferry for a day trip to Martha's Vineyard or explore downtown Falmouth, where you'll find a wonderful mix of local restaurants, charming boutiques, and coastal New England character.
