THE SPACE
GATHER TOGETHER
The heated sunroom is one of our favorite spaces in the house and makes the home especially enjoyable outside the traditional Cape summer season. The large dining table seats eight comfortably for family dinners, holiday meals, games, coffee, or a work-from-the-Cape morning. The main living room offers plenty of space to relax together, with a 65" Frame TV and access to popular streaming services. The renovated kitchen is fully-equipped for guests who want to cook during their stay, with ample counter space, cookware, dishes, coffee options (full pot or K-cups), blender, toaster oven/air fryer, and more.<br />

SLEEP COMFORTABLY<br />
The home sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms:<br />
Bedroom 1 — first floor: King bed with adjustable head and foot, 55" TV<br />
Bedroom 2 — second floor: King bed with adjustable head and foot, 50" TV, desk and chair<br />
Bedroom 3 — second floor: Queen bed<br />

Fresh linens are provided for every stay. The first-floor king bedroom and first-floor full bath are especially convenient for multigenerational families or guests who prefer to minimize trips upstairs.<br />

TWO RENOVATED BATHROOMS<br />
The main-floor bathroom includes a walk-in shower with bench, grab bar, rainfall shower head, and handheld wand. The upstairs bathroom includes a rainfall shower, handheld wand, and deep soaking tub — a great place to unwind after a cool-weather walk or day exploring the Cape.<br />

The home is comfortable for more than a weekend. High-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated desk and chair in the upstairs king bedroom, the large sunroom table, washer and dryer, full kitchen, and driveway parking make the house well-suited to week-long stays, remote work, family visits, and extended time in Falmouth.<br />

OUTDOOR SPACE<br />
The private yard includes a large patio, grill, and outdoor seating. During warmer months, guests can also enjoy the beach chairs, beach towels, the outdoor shower, and yard games provided at the home.<br />

*Landscaping, trash/recycling pickup, or other routine exterior property services may occasionally take place during a guest stay. If interior access is ever required for maintenance, guests will be notified in advance except in an emergency.<br />
