Located on the Acapesket peninsula in East Falmouth close to Menauhant, Bristol, and Falmouth Heights beaches, this tastefully furnished coastal-chic 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom Cape Cod home offers the ideal retreat for families and couples of all ages: central air-conditioned one-floor living, big front yard with breathtaking views of Nantucket Sound and Martha’s Vineyard, and a spacious backyard with an outdoor shower and partial views of Great Pond, provides an ideal location for gatherings, cook-outs and for children to play. Perfectly positioned just steps from exclusive access to the private Acapesket Beach with a beach volleyball court, one of the area’s most desired neighborhood private beaches, and minutes to vibrant downtown Falmouth, this home offers the ultimate in seaside sophistication. This is a new rental (hence the limited reviews) and you will be among the first guests to stay at our house. We are excited to welcome you. We are in a quiet community with big lots. When you arrive, you will step inside to an open and airy living space, where natural light pours in through large windows, highlighting the seamless blend of coastal charm, modern updates, beadboard wainscoting, and hardwood floors throughout. The living room, with partial ocean views, extends onto a spacious front patio, ideal for soaking in the sea breeze while sipping on beverages. Enjoy the gorgeous kitchen with Keurig machine, stainless steel appliances, and a wraparound kitchen island, great for families. The thoughtfully designed layout comfortably sleeps 8-9 and includes a private suite with a queen bed and a full bath with walk-in shower, set apart from the other bedrooms for added tranquility. Across the hallway, the additional three bedrooms offer ample space to rest, read or chat. There is a queen bedroom facing the backyard and Great Pond, and an adjacent bedroom with two twin beds and a writing desk. The next room serves as a bedroom that sleeps 3 with a daybed/bunkbed and faces the front yard with partial ocean views. The second full bathroom is situated adjacent to these rooms. A second patio off the backyard provides an outdoor escape, perfect for outdoor showering and relaxing after a day at the beach! <br />

Enjoying Falmouth and nearby Cape Cod attractions are a breeze from this central location, as there are plenty of activities and places to visit to keep you refreshed, yet active. Step outside to enjoy your front-row seat to Falmouth's 4th of July fireworks and Cape Cod Marathon or stroll down the road to enjoy the private beach association's volleyball games, ice cream socials, and traditional clambakes. With both Green Pond and Great Pond right outside your door, you can enjoy some of the best fishing, kayaking, and boating the Cape has to offer! Charter a boat and catch a fish for dinner! You are close to downtown Falmouth (just 5 min away) to experience a vibrant restaurant scene and quaint stores but far enough to have quiet. Take a ferry into Martha’s Vineyard and explore Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, Grand Illumination, and its picturesque beaches. Visit famous Woods Hole, Chapoquoit Beach and Old Silver Beach in under 15 minutes. You can easily take day trips to other areas of Cape Cod – all 30 minutes to an hour away by car - New Seabury (premiere golfing), Mashpee Commons (shopping), Dennis, Orleans, Cape Cod National Seashore, and the outer cape. <br />

The home offers amenities for guest convenience. The circular and long straight driveways can easily accommodate four cars or BYOB (Bring Your Own Boat!), ideal to fit a boat trailer and car, with the nearest public boat launch less than 5 minutes away. There are two flat screen TV’s and a Nintendo Switch in the house for entertainment and family time. High-speed internet and a variety of sports, streaming and movie channels are provided. Offering a security system, washer & dryer, dishwasher, fully functioning kitchen with dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, bakeware, large specialty pots for cooking clams, corn on the cob and lobsters, as well as linens, towels, toiletry, beach chairs, beach towels, and toys. The home is conveniently close to all the amenities you might need for your visit - supermarkets, pharmacies, liquor & wine stores, and more are all at your fingertips. <br />
