Our family-friendly home is located in a quiet East Falmouth neighborhood with private association access to a small Great Pond beach and dock just down the road. It’s a relaxing place to enjoy the Cape, with plenty of space inside and out and easy access to beaches and town.

The first floor features an open living and kitchen area, ideal for spending time together after a day out. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, and dishware. The home offers high-speed internet, Smart TVs, and air-conditioning units in all bedrooms. There are two first-floor bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full bed, along with a full bathroom.

Upstairs, there is a bedroom with two twin beds and a bonus room with a futon pull-out bed. The bonus room also includes a desk and monitor for remote work. A half bath is located on the second floor. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private yard, paved patio with seating, outdoor dining under a pergola, a gas grill, and a large cedar outdoor shower. Parking is available in the driveway and on the street.<br /> <br /> Guests have access to the neighborhood’s private Great Pond beach and dock, where two kayaks are stored. Two bikes, beach chairs, towels, a cooler, and a wagon are also available. The home is a short drive to Menauhant Beach, Falmouth Heights Beach, downtown Falmouth, the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard, the Shining Sea Bike Path, and a nearby winery.<br /> <br /> This is a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood.
