Enjoy easy access to downtown Falmouth from this perfectly-located home base! Ample amenities are provided, such as a well-stocked kitchen, beach towels, a washer/dryer, and dedicated high-speed Wi-Fi. The house is in a great location to explore Falmouth, rent bicycles, walk or drive to Main Street, or catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Previous guests have enjoyed the comfy king-sized bed and sitting on the porch in the evening with a bottle of wine. All rooms have A/C in the summer.

Our quaint cottage features two bedrooms: one with a king-sized bed and one with two twin-sized beds. The living room features a big-screen, smart TV (no cable), new sofas, and a desk. The kitchen has a small dining table, is fully stocked, and has a dishwasher. There's one bathroom with a combined shower/tub. A washer and dryer are in the unit. Off-street parking is included and can accommodate two cars. In the summer, there are window AC units in each room. There is off-street parking for up to 2 cars.<br /> <br /> We provide a gas grill and there's a small front porch with seating and a coffee table. However, there is not a large patio or fenced-in yard. <br /> <br /> The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is convenient to Main Street, Surf Drive Beach, and the Shining Sea Bike Path.<br /> <br /> The hosts live next door, but you will have ample privacy. We can easily be reached by phone, text, or email, if needed, but we otherwise let our guests enjoy their stay in peace. read more show less
