Tucked back on a quiet, tree-lined lot just off Route 28, this cozy cottage will give you the storybook Cape experience you've always dreamed of! The house is surrounded by more than 750 acres of conservation land and miles of hiking and biking trails, including the Long Pond Loop trail with breathtaking views.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, comfortable living space where you can kick back after a beach day or bike ride. The fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) has everything you need for easy meals, morning coffee, or takeout nights after exploring. Gathering around the table at the end of the day makes this cottage feel like home <3

The bedrooms are bright, comfortable retreats, each thoughtfully designed to help you rest deeply after a full day at the beach and exploring the Cape. Each room has an adjustable Queen-size bed and large closets. The west-facing room has a larger dresser and a desk.
<br /> Enjoy coffee on the deck, unwind in the fresh air, and ease into vacation mode. After the beach, rinse off in our little outdoor sand rinsing station and cook up some dinner on the grill!<br /> <br /> One of the best parts of staying here is the location. You can walk to the Shining Sea Bikeway and ride all the way to Woods Hole, hop on the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard, or be at some of Falmouth’s best beaches and local spots within minutes.
