    Local Falmouth family that enjoyed the neighborhood and Falmouth Heights beach for over 60 years, we are now sharing this retreat with lucky vacationers. Some things have changed over the years but not the quiet dead end street for kids and adults to enjoy, whether it is bicycle riding and throwing a ball back n forth. We have always enjoyed Falmouth Heights beach, ice cream from the local venues and playing ball at the ball field. If you are looking for a day at the Vineyard, the Island Queen is very close by.
    Locally owned and managed.

    This property still has Cape Cod charm along with updates and comforts of today.
    The proximity to the beach is great!

    What is special about your town?
    Falmouth is one of the best town's on the Cape to vacation at with over 10 beaches and the Shining Sea Bicycle path, access to the Vineyard as well as arts, live music, a vibrant Main Street, golf and the scientific community of Woods Hole.
