There are two bedrooms on the first level with queen-size beds that are cozy and comfortable with feather pillows. The tastefully decorated living room has a queen sofa with a pull-out mattress. The newly renovated eat-in kitchen is light and airy with all new appliances, a Keurig coffee maker and is fully equipped to prepare and serve family meals. The large family room with beamed ceilings includes a fireplace, 65-inch smart TV and multiple sofas to gather and relax. Adjacent to the family room and kitchen lies a dining room with seating for six. A full bath is located on the first level. The lower level has a king-size bed and an adjoining room with two twin beds. There’s also a den with futon, bar area with sink, microwave, refrigerator and a powder room. Outside you will find a landscaped brick patio with tables, chairs, lounge chairs and a gas grill, along with a grassy area to play games with the kids.
