Where you’ll stay: The house is steps from the water with access to kayak launch and Bayside Beach. In addition to a 3-minute walk to the neighborhood beach, there is an association pool with tennis and basketball courts available (access optional). The two bedrooms on the first level both have queen-size beds that are cozy and comfortable with feather pillows. The tastefully decorated living room has a queen sofa with a pull-out mattress. The newly renovated eat-in kitchen is light and airy with all new appliances, a Keurig coffee maker and is fully equipped to prepare and serve family meals. The large family room with beamed ceilings includes a fireplace, 65-inch smart TV and multiple sofas to gather and relax. Adjacent to the family room and kitchen lies a dining room with seating for six. A full bath is located on the first level. The lower level has a king-size bed and an adjoining room with two twin beds. There’s also a den with futon, bar area with sink, microwave, refrigerator and a powder room. Outside you will find a relaxing landscaped brick patio with tables, chairs, lounge chairs and a gas grill, along with a grassy area to play corn hole or games with the kids. <br /> <br /> Nearby Attractions: Explore other Falmouth beaches. The closest are Menauhant Beach & Surf Drive Beach, which are larger public ocean beaches facing the Vineyard Sound. About 15 minutes away is Woods Hole, home of the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute and the Steamship Authority.
