Welcome to a brand new rental ideally situated in North Falmouth's Historic District. Old Main road is a special place, lined with tiger Lillies, a General Store, and dotted with beautiful antique houses.

You'll be only a short bike ride from Old Silver Beach, and walkable to excellent restaurants. The Shining Sea Bikeway can be accessed around the corner for your coastal adventure. Across the street is North Falmouth Elementary school, providing a playground and ballfields for family fun.

This cottage has a small footprint but lives large with soaring cathedral ceilings and maximum utility across one living level. The modern chef’s kitchen contains a 36” professional range with solid butcher block counters and an expansive island that seats 6. The Breville smart oven compliments this tool lineup.

Each of the three bedrooms has one queen bed, and all linens are included.

Outside, you can enjoy the Adirondack chairs around a smokeless fire pit, rinse off in the outdoor shower, and relax on two chaise lounges with an umbrella.

On Sundays you’ll hear the distant chime of church bells in the morning, and on other days you may hear the crow of a local rooster in this home.

    Hi- I'm a mom to 2 very active kids, and my family absolutely loves Cape Cod. After owning a rental house on bayside of Dennis for a few years, we decided to switch to a place slightly closer to our primary home, so that we could easily pop down for a day or in between weekend sports games. Falmouth is our happy place and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

    What is special about this property?
    I have two guest houses in North Falmouth, one is an antique at the private New Silver Beach Association and another on Historic Old Main Rd. in North Falmouth.

    New Silver Beach is an excellent option for travelers who wish to walk to a private beach and partake in amenities such as exercise classes, illumination night, and beach races- all steps from your door. Old Main Road is a great option for travelers looking for modern one level living, a large backyard, and close proximity to Bikeway, restaurants, and a playground. Old Silver Beach is a quick 1.5m away and has daily parking rates, public restrooms, and lifeguards on duty.

    What is special about your town?
    Falmouth is incredibly special because it has more miles of coastline than any other Cape Cod town. Notable highlights are the Shining Sea Bikeway which is the only seaside bike path on Cape, and our cherished main street for local shopping and dining. I have a whole package of restaurant and scenic attractions available for guests, to make your experience as fun and relaxing as possible!
