We think you'll enjoy this duplex only 2/10 mile to Surf Drive Beach with a flat, easy and quick walk to the beach. Our guests have said it's a feel like you're at the beach neighborhood and only takes 2 minutes to walk there. Bring your beach chairs/umbrellas and toys, settle in and swim at the beach and come back for lunch! It's a great neighborhood for families and you can rinse off the beach sand in the outside shower that has hot water. We've even replaced the front bushes with Hydrangeas that Cape Cod is noted for.

The southeast exposure lets you enjoy the morning sun on the large deck or relax in the evening with your favorite drink and book. Put your feet up, it's your vacation! Located in one of the most popular areas of Falmouth, our home is conveniently located. You can swim at the beach or stay home and relax while the kids play in the yard. If you like bike riding, walking, etc. the nearby Shining Sea Bike Path to Woods Hole is a must. If you feel like shopping, it's an easy, flat walk to historic Falmouth village, less than a mile to many restaurants, shops and ice cream! There is a grocery store and laundromat 4 minutes away. So many different things to do, take the ferry to Martha's Vineyard for a nice day trip, follow Falmouth Road Race route from Woods Hole to Falmouth Heights; eat at the harbor and watch the boats go by. There's a golf course and if you're a baseball fan....enjoy the old time feel of a Cape Cod Baseball League game watching the Falmouth Commodores!

The house layout is a great setup for your stay with it's own private entrance, a good size yard for playing, two bedrooms, 1 full bath, living room and kitchen which has a standard size stove and fridge. Each sleeps five and many of our guests have extended family/friends that rent the second unit the same week. It works out great while having your privacy. Each of the bedrooms has a window a/c or there are many nights the breezes are delightful. Our pictures are a combination of each unit which are mirror images of the other. We advertise on multiple platforms and are fortunate enough to have a number of families that stay with us year after year and would like to include you with them as well!

    Stayed at this home a week in September and the accommodations were great. Bedrooms very roomy with good size closets, living room very large and kitchen very equipped. Arriving at the unit, it was spotless and well maintained. Loved the vicinity the property was in and a quick walk to the beach and very close to Main Street, Falmouth. The owners were great in answering any questions I had and called a week before arrival to go over where keys were, and any questions that I may of had. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting the area. show more show less

    Liz and Mike were great!!! Great communication, Helpful and made everything easy.

    The house has everything you need. Only a small walk away from surf drive beach and falmouth main st.The convenience of having the beach close and the shops/ restaurants right there make it easy. Everything you need is near you. Has a nice outdoor seating with umbrella and bbq. Convenient drive to old silver as well!

    "Immaculate and convenient. There wasn't a speck of sand when we entered the rental, and everything was so cozy. Communication with the owner was hospitable and efficient. The location is fantastic - gorgeous neighborhood and a very short walk to a quaint beach as well as a short drive to a bit larger one (Old Silver Beach) with softer sand. We cut our stay short due to Hurricane/Tropical Storm Ida but packed in just enough during our stay and fully intend to return next year to soak up more fun in the sun". show more show less

    Perfect for multiple families. The house was super clan. The house set up is perfect for multiple families as the rooms were spacious and spread out throughout the house. Liz and Mike were great, easy to communicate with as needed. Everyone loved the game room. The walks to the beach were under 5 min. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

    Great vacation. Short walk to beach. Walking distance to downtown Falmouth and plenty of restaurants, both in downtown and along the harbor.

    We will be repeat guests. We were happily surprised when we first arrived. Clean, neat, has all the amenities.

    Cottage is perfect, two bedrooms, deck, picnic table, chairs, outdoor shower, etc. We stayed 2 weeks and there is a laundromat less than a mile away, closer than our favorite breakfast place. Owners were easy and pleasant to interact with.

    Beach has life guards, snack bar and restrooms. Part of the beach is almost fully enclosed with 2 jetties that make it good for little ones.     show more show less

    A+ Cape Cod Vacation! This charming property offered everything we needed for a relaxing and fun family vacation. Loved the big back deck with convenient picnic table, inside the unit layout was very functional. Can't beat the location - 3 minute walk to Surf Drive Beach, 15 minute walk to all the great restaurants in charming downtown Falmouth. It's apparent that the owners, LIz an Mike, take great pride in their property as the unit was very clean and well maintained. They were easy to communicate with and went the extra step to provide a top notch experience for us. We will definitely book this property again when we return to Falmouth!!! show more show less

    I was an off season guest at this property. Not only was this a great home, in excellent shape, but the landlords were wonderful people to work with. They were quick to reply, fun to do business with, and had a very high integrity in all our business transacations. The house is spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, but with a short walk to the beach, and any easy walk to one of the best traditional "down towns" on the Cape. You can see Martha's Vineyard from the beach, and take the nearby bike trail to the ferry terminal. The bike trail itself is the prettiest on the Cape. I miss the place already! show more show less
