This lovely home is perfectly situated on a private road with easy access to both the Cape Cod Bike Trail and Red River Beach. The beach is an easy 15 min walk and the bike trail is less than .5 miles on the other side of Rt 28. The home is well maintained. Big rooms and plenty of space to spread out. Lots of light. A great back deck and a wonderful kitchen and dining room setup. Joe was a wonderful and attentive host. My 2 friends and I shared the rental of this home and we found it met all of our needs. The kitchen was great; large enough for us all to work in there if we chose to, with plenty of work space.

It was nice to have the 1 1/2 baths and the outdoor shower so that everyone could get ready and no one had to wait! We used the washer and dryer and outdoor clothesline. All very handy!

Walking and riding a bike to the beach was a snap. It was a 5 minute bike ride and a 15 minute walk to the beach. We had never stayed in Harwich but enjoyed it very much as it was less crowded and quainter than some other towns we've stayed in.

We loved the home, the convenience and all the amenities. We will be sure to come back! show more show less

I rented this house for a week leading into the 4th of July for a family getaway. The house was just as advertised, great kitchen and large outdoor deck. Joe was a pleasure to deal with and super responsive. He even had beach chairs available for us to use. It's an easy bike ride to the beach- and it's a great beach. Not overcrowded, lifeguards, food stand and bathrooms. The house is also close to the Cape bike trail and and downtown. We had a wonderful week, I would definitely go back!

This was our first rental in this area and we both loved the area and the house. The house was just right as the title says. Nice layout and very convenient to the beach. It was also walking distance to a fine Italian restaurant that you should try if you stay.(Buca's) Joe was a pleasure to deal with, even though he was a Red Sox fan. ;) and gave us tips for places to check out for our visit....Looking forward to a return trip down the road.

Our family had such a wonderful time in Harwich! Joe has made his home very welcoming and we thought it was ideally located. Really enjoyed the peacefulness of the quiet street, and the walk to the beach wasn't far. We enjoyed it! The house was clean and open and full of light. The kitchen was great! The pictures represent the house well, and Joe was a pleasure to deal with. We will certainly return next year! Sooner, if we can make it happen.

My wife and I just returned from another great vacation at Joe's house. This is the second time we have rented this house, and both times were great experiences. The first time he had not remodeled the kitchen, but this time we had the added benefit of the nice new kitchen. Joe's house is about location. It's located on a VERY quiet side road. I think we saw less than five cars pass the house our entire stay. It's very peaceful, especially at night. It's a little bit of a walk to the beach, but Joe's house makes it worth it. show more show less
