Charming Cape Cod Cottage

We stayed here in July of 2019 with our three young children and it was wonderful. It's perfect for families who love the beach and have young children. The beach is a two minute walk from the cottage. The cottage has a garage with a little red wagon you can use to put your cooler, beach chairs, etc. and walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and filled with beautiful homes with elaborate landscaping—perfect for walks in the stroller and bike rides. The cottage itself is exactly as pictured—even cuter in real life than in the pictures—it's lovely, a quintessential Cape Cod beach cottage. We spent lots of time in the fenced in backyard with the kids. There is an outdoor shower to get the sand off and a huge grill and picnic table. Ed was a perfect host. He was responsive during the booking process and throughout our stay. Highly recommend this for families with young children or anyone who wants a great Cape Cod beach vacation.

"We spent a week at this home and it was the perfect spot! The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. But it is the location that could not be beat. We walked to the beach, Bonatt's bakery for breakfast, Hot Stove for drinks, town for shopping, CVS and Dunkin Donuts. Shaws supermarket is a five minute drive and George's fish market a three minute drive. We fit four adults and two small children just fine. The side street, fenced back yard with big picnic table and closeness to the beach made it great for the kids. Ed was very accomodating and pleasant to deal with." show more show less
