We had a relaxing and low key stay at Wyndemere. The unit was exactly as described. It was perfect for our needs. There's a spacious living area and the kitchen was well stocked. We liked that this unit is located in a private section of the complex. The location of the complex is ideal. It's a short walk to the beach and to town. The pool was a special bonus and Cathy was a perfect host! We look forward to returning!

Recently I got to spend a relaxing week at the cutest Harwich getaway. Literally a 7 minute walk to the white sand beach! Plus , a 5 minute walk to the Harwich shops and restaurants . Personally, we enjoyed George's Pizza and Sundae School. Also, .22 of a mile to Dairy Queen! During my week I enjoyed the quiet community, laying pool side, and taking long walks in Harwich. As an athlete, I also enjoyed the area for running and attending CrossFit classes in nearby Yarmouth ( bonus: it abuts the Cape Cod RailTrail). I highly recommend this location….don't forget to check out Wolfies Bakery, Kreme & Cone, WeePacket, The Breakfast Room, The Pancake Man, Pelham Bakery and Harwich House of Pizza. The condo itself is amazingly beautiful and clean and completely stocked to cook a meal at home. My husband and I will definitely be back!!

This condo was spotless and lovingly taken care of. Cathy is a terrific hostess felt like she had the place prepared just for us. Location is perfect, close to the beach 10/15 minute walk, close to restaurants and shopping. We'll be back I'm sure!

We very much enjoyed our time in Cathy's place. The condo is very cozy and tastefully decorated, very well updated, clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. My daughter absolutely loved the loft where she slept and spent all her free time playing. There is also a nice community pool there. The condo's location was key for us. It is within walking distance from everything, a private beach just down the road and 7 minutes from the shops, galleries and restaurants of Harwich Port's main street. This meant less driving for us and no worries about beach parking. I loved my easy morning stroll to a newly opened Cape Cod Roots Cafe and Market for a cup of coffee and groceries. The owner Cathy is very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. The other condo owners were super friendly and eager to share tips about the best food spots and local attractions. I highly recommend staying at Cathy's condo.

The owner has created a great atmosphere at this former loft. The space is thoughtfully organized and decorated, so it provided a comfortable stay for our whole family. Large windows and skylights bring a lot of light; lots of games and puzzles to play with on a rainy day.

The community is also very nice, we met a number of other owners in the complex, swam in the pool, ate dinner at the tables by the pool and enjoyed the bright stars at night.

We loved the convenience of the beach and the warm water, the easy walk to Maine street, George's pizza. We drove to and enjoyed nearby Chatham and Orleans and went to a water park not too far away.

Cathy was the best owner. She responded immediately any time that we needed her and was always super helpful. We experienced a heatwave while we were staying in her condo, and she gave us useful tips to fight the heat without A/C. The condo was cute and homey and in the perfect location. The walk was short and peaceful to both the gorgeous beach and the quaint town. It was also an easy 15 minute drive to Chatham. Definitely would recommend a stay here!

My daughters & I loved everything about Cathy's place! The location is great. The town of Harwich Port is a walk away. There are a lot of cute shops & eateries. You can walk to the private beach. My two daughters loved hanging out at pool.

Cathy's Place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. My daughters loved the loft. The condo was very quiet. I brought food to cook. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils & appliances we needed. Cathy is super responsive & so kind. Our whole experience was fantastic. We hope to rent from her again. Thanks, Cathy!

4 of us (mom, dad, 11yr old and 8yr old) stayed here for 2 weeks in August 2019. We just loved every day! The other residents of the condo were very welcoming and friendly. We walked / rode our bicycles to the private beach every day, and walked often into Harwich Port town. Fortunately we had amazing weather, and made good use of the swimming pool.
The unit is very comfortable, light and clean - and Cathy - the owner - is a pleasure to engage with. Perfect location for getting around, easy walk to the walk, highly recommend - we will be back!

I had the wonderful opportunity to rent Cathy's condo for two nights. I came down for a wedding and was surprised by the beautiful Condo that I walked in to. So open and filled with everything you could ever want! So light and airy Beautifully decorated and inviting. So peaceful, yet right down the street from the beach and 'Allen's harbor.' As I drove to the wedding I realized how many 'quaint' places were available for food and drinks and most of them were outside! Quaint little shops that kids would LOVE and parents as well! So close to anything that you would ever look for on the Cape. Cathy definitely thought of everything inside her home. Just show up and 'enjoy!' She was even kind enough to provide an 'emergency' kid for the 'just in case' moments with kids. I could not recommend her Condo more!!! You will LOVE every moment of your stay! I cannot WAIT to return!! Thank you, Cathy!

We are so very fortunate to have come across Cathy and her beautiful Harwichport rental. Cathy is professional, polite and an overall joy to communicate with. We have visited more than once, and have always been more than delighted with our experience. This modern condo is kept in "pristine" condition. With a beautiful pool, polite and friendly neighbors and a few minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants...this rental could not be any more perfect! :)

We got a very warm welcome from the owner (Cathy). The condo is bright, clean and well equipped. It was perfect for 2 adults and a teenager. Location is awesome: it is just a short walk to the beach and to shops and restaurants. Pool was a real bonus. All condo neighbours were really welcoming and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay in Cathy's condo last July! It is exceptionally clean, well decorated, and in an ideal location! My family loved the swimming pool, the beautiful beach just a short walk from the property, and being able to walk to shops and restaurants.

Be sure to check out Sundae School, Ember, The Hot Stove, and Dr. Gravity's Toy Shop. All are just a short walk from the rental. There are also some great bakeries and coffee shops that we frequented during our stay.

This is an ideal rental for a couple or small family if you are looking for a home walking distance to the beach and town! The pool was an added bonus!

Cathy was also extremely easy to work with--we would definitely rent from her again!

Our first time staying in Harwichport was awesome! Loved the location. Short walk to beach. Awesome restaurants nearby. Pool was great and always clean. Condo neighbors were really nice too. Condo was so clean and neat. Would definitely recommend.

For our first time in Cape Cod we had the chance to stay in a very nice place! You'll feel at home in Cathy's loft. We stayed two weeks with 2 children (3 and 6). Everything is very near: groceries, restaurants, sea, swimming pool, etc... We were very welcomed by everybody, and it was a great discovery!

For sure we'll be back next year, Cathy was very helpful and was always available when we needed her. If you are looking for a cool place with great people around, this is your place !

Cathy's condo was the perfect fit for us! We brought our 8 month old baby on his first trip to the Cape and everything about staying here was convenient. The beautiful, private beach was only a walk away and it was nice to have a pool where we were staying. The grounds were beautiful and there were flowers everywhere you look. We walked to Main Street for food and shopping. We were only a short drive to other towns and beaches although the private beach you have access to is one of the best!! We enjoyed a Harwich baseball game while we were in town. The condo has everything you need and it is a nicely decorated, open space. It was just perfect for our family of 3!

My girlfriend and I chose this great condo for our stay on the Cape. It proved to be the perfect home base In the perfect location for our day trips to both Martha's Vineyard and Ptown. The condo is located in a quiet and relaxing town that is only a few minutes walk to both the beach and Main Street. It's very spacious and has great natural lighting. There is also a cute loft for kids/extra people that is accessible by ladder in the main room. Cable/Wifi service was perfect. We liked the movie selection, as well as the variety of board games in the closet. We had everything we needed to make this place our home.

There is a great liquor store nearby for you to put the wine glasses and corkscrew to good use.

We also highly recommend dinner and cocktails at Mooncussers Tavern, which is less than 5 minutes away.

The owners were fantastic to work/communicate with - you really get the sense that they want you to make yourself as comfortable as possible.

We really enjoyed our vacation in the condo. Very nice and comfy, fully equipped. 5 min walk to the beach. Very nice! :)

This condo is perfect for everyone. It looks and feels like a luxury boutique hotel. Everything you need for cooking, playing and relaxing is at your fingertips and the closet is STACKED with games. There is always something fun happening on Main Street, and the beach is a just quick walk from the condo. The space is bright, airy and tranquil, and there is plenty of space in the yard to play and picnic.

We had our best family vacation every and we can't wait for next summer. Thanks, Cathy!!!

The condo is open and airy and has full amenities. It is in a very convenient location, walkable to the beach and center of town. The loft is great for kids, not so much adults.

We loved our stay at Cathys condo. The condo site is beautifully kept, and the local people were very friendly. I loved the local beach which is a 5 min walk along a lovely row of typical cape cod houses. Harwich is great with a number of great restaunts and cool shops.

All in all we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend

After spending a lot of time looking for the perfect Cape Cod accommodation, we came across Cathy's condo at Harwichport, the only chintz free Condo I found! Perfect in every way, stylish, functional, comfy and well equipped. Cathy was very accommodating about the days we could spend at the condo and also provided towels and linens. We will be back.

Location is perfect, the condo is beautifuly renovated and cozy. The condo site is lovingly taken care of (flowers everywhere!) and the pool such a nice way to end a beach day. Walking distance to the village and don't miss Perk's for a morning cappuccino and scone. 3 minute walk to the beach. We had an amazing 2 weeks and will be back.

We couldn’t have asked for a safer or more convenient spot for our family! We loved everything!

This condo was clean and comfortable. My eight-year-old loved the lofted bedroom. My husband enjoyed the surf fishing and lighthouses of the Cape. I appreciated the charm of all that is within walking distance to the condo. We all enjoyed dining at Pisces and Arnold's. And Cathy was very accessible and gracious.
