We have rented this house several times . It's very spacious and close to shopping and it's only a 3 minute drive to Red River Beach . We definitely recommend this property!

This was a great place for my siblings and I (and families) to stay. It's a walk to the bike path, and only 1 mile to Red River Beach. The house is comfortable and well equipped. 1 bedroom downstairs, and then 3 upstairs. One of the upstairs rooms is very large with 2 queen beds, so works well for a family. Nice deck and backyard. Very quiet and peaceful, birds chirping away in the morning. Laundry facilities in the basement, big clothesline outside. All around, a pleasant place to stay in Harwich, and well worth the cost. show more show less

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We had 4 adults and 2 young children, and tons of space to relax. The home was clean and neat, and had a great breeze that kept it cool and comfortable. Joan was so helpful and prompt with her replies. We don't rent often as we have family who own homes in the area, but if we do in the future, we would definitely want to stay here again!

A clean, very comfortable home. The one upstairs bedroom with the two queen beds was huge, could easily fit an inflatable mattress in there as well, and still have plenty of room. The beds were quite comfortable and the two full baths were very clean with good water pressure. The downstairs shower is a walk-in, which was convenient for my 80 year old mom. The yard is nice, big, and has a clothes line to dry towels and such. The deck is large with a nice dining set room for 8 at the table with two extra chairs. The Cape Cod rail trail is literally around the corner, so one can easily walk or ride there. Red River Beach is a great beach and very close and convenient. Joan was great to work with, always prompt with replies to inquiries. We would definitely rent this house again if we stayed in Harwich. show more show less

We loved this house. Large group of friends and the house was very spacious and accommodating. More than enough room to spread out. Very clean. Easy to get around the area and to Route 28 and Route 6. Would definitely rent this house again!

Every summer my family and I go down the Cape for vacation. This year as I was browsing through weneedavacation.com, i saw this lovely house. Without hesitating, I contacted Joan. She was very quick in responding and provided excellent customer service. The house is nice and clean and has everything that you might need during your stay. It is located near Red River Beach, which is a great beach. I hope to rent it again next year.

This Harwich house comfortably slept 8. It was in a great neighborhood, and was convenient for travel all across the Cape. There were at least three town beaches which you could get a weekly pass for. These were great beaches for younger kids. The older kids may want to visit Nauset for better waves. The kitchen was well stocked, but bring your paper goods and trash bags. Not handicapped friendly. no air conditioning but it wasn't a problem for us. Good yard for the kids.

This was our first Cape vacation, and I must say we were pleasantly surprised with this rental. This home was perfectly located between Harwich and Chatham and only minutes to the beaches. The house was clean and the well maintained. Great outdoor space for the kids and relaxing and comfortable inside.

The house was immaculate with plenty of space for our large extended family. There is a queen bedroom on the first floor and 3 good size bedrooms on the second floor which was perfect for us.The Cape Cod Rail trail for bikers is just around the corner. We had many barbecues on the deck and the children enjoyed the large private back yard. Red River Beach is a short drive where we spend most days.The owner was very accommodating. We would rent this house again when we return to the cape.
