The home offers two master bedrooms, each with private bath. It sleeps 12 with an additional sleep sofa in the family room -- all on one floor. There is a large 4 season room off the kitchen, which is great for entertaining! Bedroom #1 - Queen, Bedroom #2 - 1 Set of bunks and 1 twin with trundle, Bedroom #3 - Set of Bunks with full bottom and 1 Twin, Bedroom #4 1 - Queen. ***Saturday to Saturday rental.

    Very Comfortable, Clean and Spacious Home

    Loved that it had three bathrooms; 2 ensuites, one of which was accessible. House was very clean and had a great layout. We were a party of seven adults and there was plenty of room for all. Loved the sunroom and deck, and amenities were wonderful. Location was also great. We love staying in this area, and found the home to be very convenient. Lori was quickly responsive and very easy to work with. We hope to be back next year!

    Bright, spacious - perfect for large family

    We had a wonderful stay with our 3 adult children and friends. The layout of the house provides for privacy and comfort! The back screen porch, back deck and yard are wonderful places to relax after a day at the beach. The house is close to everything and we particularly enjoyed days at Hardings Beach, a trip to Wellfleet, and dinner at the Wequasset Inn. The house is spotless and bright, and fully equipped with everything you need for a great family vacation!

    Great place for 2 families

    We have stayed at this home for 2 consecutive summers (2016 & 17) The layout is very good for two families as the main bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house, each with its own bath, and there is a 3rd bath in between. The kids ages 8 - 16 liked the bunk rooms, the extra TV room for movie nights and table-tennis/air hockey in the basement. Breakfast and dinners in the screened porch were great and relaxing after days at the beaches.     Great House!

    We have two families of 5, and this house is soooo great! Very spacious with everything you could need! Close to everything and plenty of room for everyone. This is our second time staying, and it was just as perfect as the first time, we can't wait to stay again! Landlord is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this house!!

    Great house!

    We have two families of five, this house was spacious and comfortable. We have traveled to the Cape for years, and this is our favorite house! Every amenity was provided and we felt it was more than advertised. We will be going back to this house again next year. Just perfect and can't wait til next year!
