We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your home. The house was very well maintained and clean. Tastefully decorated and comfortable to be in…. Our only disappointment was it being one of the wettest Julys on record but that's the way it goes sometimes. Would definitely like to return next year.

We had quite the adventurous week with tornado warnings and an actual tornado. Patrick was great to work with during this time. We lost power at the house. Within an hour or two Patrick had offered to drive to the house the next day with a generator if needed but thankfully the power came back on later that day. This house is very nice...as advertised. I loved the location just off 28. A short drive to Harwich/Chatham one way and Dennisport/Yarmouth the other way. And a short drive to several local beaches. show more show less

We were very pleased with our 2018 Cape Cod vacation. We have made our annual trip now for well over 20 years. The pictures do not do this house justice. This house was perfect for our family. This house is bright and clean! We had a very warm week and the air conditioning kept this place cool. The yard was great for kids and very private. Patrick was great to work with and was very timely with responses to our many questions. We're hoping to return next year.

We have always looked forward to spending two weeks on the Cape. Friends of our suggested Harwich as a place to look given the proximity from Boston and their experience with the town. We went on We Need A Vacation and found a few options. What swayed us at first was the responsiveness of the homeowner Patrick. Each and every time we reached out with a question (and we had many) he got right back to us. The pictures of the home did not actually do it justice. It was bright. clean and inviting! The décor was lovely with each bedroom having a TV and plenty of space. The second fridge and bathroom downstairs were key for our beverages and guests needs. I told Patrick that the kitchen was better equipped with plates, glasses, cutlery (loved the sharp carving knives)!!! The new outdoor shower was such a treat after the day at one of the beautiful Harwich beaches. I cannot recommend this home enough and we cant wait to return!!!!! We truly enjoy and look forward to coming here every summer. We have had a great experience with the owners, and are very impressed with the thoughtfulness and care they have put into their beautiful home. We also love the big back yard and deck that has room for our extended families to visit us there for Lobster night.

Every amenity possible is there at our disposable including washer, dryer, dishwasher , Kuerig coffee maker, and our favorite the big outdoor shower.

The location of this house to Harwichport and Dennisport is fantastic , and the beaches are just a very short drive away. Our favorite beach is Pleasant Road Beach.

We cannot say enough about how pleased we are with this house and the location to everything so close by including many great restaurants. We look forward to another great year there this July!!
