    Great Vacation on the Cape

Our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids) had a great time at the Cape. The house is great and had everything we needed. Our 2 year old had a great time visiting the koi pond multiple times per day to see the fish. The location of the house is very convenient, a quick bike ride to the CCRT and close to the pond beaches. The homeowners were excellent, responsive and very accommodating to all our needs.

Spacious, Clean, Beautiful Home in Quiet Neighborhood

Our family (4 adults, 6 children) stayed in this beautiful home this summer. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return to this house! It was super clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We borrowed chairs, used the provided towels, enjoyed the outdoor shower, and spent SO much time on the gorgeous enclosed deck. House had central air, some kids activities in the basement, 2 fridges, bikes available in the garage, basically everything we needed. We chose the central Cape location because we like to visit many different beaches (both ocean side and bay side) and this was a good location to be w/ a quick drive to them all (we love Skatet Beach, Red River Beach, and Bank Street Beaches the most!). We loved going to Cape Cod Baseball games, biking on the Cape Cod Bike Trail (super close to house), kayaking/paddleboarding on Bass River, eating at so many good restaurants (Ember, Pizza Shark, and Hot Stove Saloon were our favs), wineries, breweries, and a few golf courses. The homeowners were excellent to work with! Wouldn't change a thing. Thank you! show more show less

    Girls Getaway

We rented this beautiful Cape Cod house for the weekend, walking distance to the bike trail and quick drive to the beach. Clean, comfortable, plenty of room for the five of us to spread out. Since we traveled a distance, appreciated having the linens and towels included. Having the washer and dryer on the first floor was great. The host was a pleasure to work with and the home was well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. Quiet, safe neighborhood for evening walks. We will definitely be back again. show more show less

    Ideal location!

This is the perfect location for a multi-family vacation which leaves you with nothing to want! Everything you can think of is there, right down to the beach necessities, bed linens, towels, and the extra refrigerator in the garage to store your beverages. Upon our arrival the home was immaculate and beautifully decorated to remind you that you are in Cape Cod. In many years of renting vacation homes at the Cape, this is the first one that had sufficient water and pressure to allow multiple showers following return from the beach, including the outdoor shower. There is quick access to Route 6 and the Rail Trail. The home is set back from the road and secluded with a large yard and koi pond. The basement was a nice rec area for the kids. Access to attractions, restaurants and beaches is ideal due to being centrally located on the Cape. Our hosts were extremely pleasant and accommodating to work with. show more show less

    Wonderful Cape Cod Experience

We rented this home for a short girls weekend getaway. House was spacious, spotless, with a beautiful sunroom, outdoor shower, beautiful lawn in front with a koi pond. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals in, right down to the kurig coffee pot.

Our favorite room was the sunroom for morning coffee and evening cocktails.

We spent an afternoon at Bank Street beach a few miles away and took a stroll on the Cape Cod rail rail, a bike trail within walking distance of the house.

We found the beds were super comfortable and appreciated that the linens and towels were included.

The host, Leanne, was easy to work with, and very responsive.

We can see this becoming an annual trip!

Great spot for enjoying the cape

We enjoyed our stay here with two families. The kids were upstairs (with their own spot for TV/gaming no less) and parents were downstairs, each with their own bathroom. Worked out great. The open floor plan plus the sunroom gave us plenty of room for spreading out.

Everyone loved the entertaining basement and the beautiful and spacious yard, complete with koi pond. The neighborhood is lovely - very quiet and good for walking and biking. Everything was clean, orderly and comfortable.

    Serene home in beautiful Harwich

Thank you again for sharing your beautiful, spacious home with us. We just finished our week stay in your home which was so relaxing and peaceful. It was so clean and inviting and made us feel at home right away. We could tell how much time and care went into the home. It had everything needed to both cook and lots of things for the kids to do. As you know, we had two teenage boys and they loved the basement with all the games and fooseball table and air hockey, ping pong, etc. The bike trail was so great and we loved being so close to the trail. The adults especially loved your beautiful new sunroom. We spent much time relaxing and talking in there. Harwich is a great, quaint spot and your neighborhood was very quiet which led to a relaxing vacation. Although, still had such a quick access to Route 6 in order to move about the Cape. Central AC was a definite bonus. Thanks again and look forward to coming back! show more show less

I want to live on that sun porch!

This home had everything we wanted and more! We booked last minute, but the owner was so accommodating, easy to work with, and responsive to questions and needs. It was immaculate! Plenty of room to spread out, big bedrooms, huge closets. The sun-porch was FANTASTIC -- we spent most of our time out there! It felt very private -- not isolated, but not encroached on by neighbors, either; a lovely, quiet, established, and well-cared for neighborhood that seems like mostly year-round people. />
Little conveniences add up to a great experience. Having the extra fridge in the garage was a big plus and made loading up for the beach so convenient (not to mention being able to leave all the beach gear out there, too)! HDMI cable on the tv was handy so I could log into Disney+ from my laptop and watch Hamilton. Always love an outdoor shower, but it's extra nice to have one with a place to put your clothes/towels and keep them dry:-) Even my 80-year-old mom used it! (Though it was super great to have the huge walk-in in the master bath, just in case.) She said she slept better in your house than she does at home! The sea air and relaxing atmosphere was good for all of us.

It is convenient to beaches, shopping, roads, etc. (we did Red River & Nauset beaches, Hyannis, Provincetown [Chequessett Chocolate is a MUST], Truro vineyard [social distanced wine tasting flights & fantastic food from Blackfish food truck], and lots of takeout). But especially nice was the bike path, which my husband and adult daughter used every day. Thanks so much for the use of the bikes! The game room downstairs was fun; next time we'll bring my nephews, and they will LOVE IT! Everyone loved the koi pond :-) show more show less

Leanne and Michael take great pride in their family home at the Cape. This is evident in the fine details present on the property, from the whimsical Koi pond, to the brand new warm and cozy sunroom. This home has given us lots of special memories with our large extended family. We hope you are able to enjoy the home and make your own memories.
