A perfect vacation spot for family gatherings. The house is situated in a nice quiet neighborhood and is a 1.5 mile drive to Red River Beach with the warm waters of Nantucket Sound. The first floor features an open floor plan with a spacious fireplaced living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. The dining room has sliders to a lovely screened sunroom ideal for barbeques after a day at the beach. There is also a comfortable den and full modern bath. There are window A/C units in all bedrooms.

The second floor offers a large master with a queen and a double bed. There is a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is also a full modern bath.

Enjoy a bike ride on the Cape Cod Raid Trail. Spend the day golfing at the Cranberry Valley Public Golf course which is close by. There is an outdoor shower for after the beach. We provide wireless Internet and a washer/ dryer and a large flat screen tv.

Harwich Port Center with its many shops, restaurants and art galleries is a short drive. Other area attractions are the Harwich Junior Theater, bumper boats, batting cages, go carts, trampolines and mini golf.

    Wonderful Week

    We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home for our vacation. Weather was hot and humid...so the A/C in the bedrooms and many fans available, made the house very comfortable. The owners were very hospitable and were quick to respond to any issues we had, The sun room was lovely...we spent a lot of time there eating,playing cards and games etc, Red River beach is a quick 5 min ride away which has a nice clean beach with lots of parking. The furniture and beds were all very comfortable. A great week for 3 generations of us!! show more show less

    Clean Home Located In Convenient Location

    This home is located in a quiet neighborhood not far from a beach while still being close to the town of Harwich Port. There are shops and restaurants nearby. In all the years I have been visiting the Cape, this is the cleanest home I have ever stayed in. It is roomy with a beautiful screened porch on the back that is perfect for eating on, playing cards or games and just sitting while watching a gentle rain.

    Joan is responsive and very pleasant to deal with.

    Beautiful Area, Spacious Home

    Our stay in Harwich at Joan's home was exactly what we were looking for! The home is spacious, beautiful and has a well done open concept. Our family spent time playing cards in the sun room, and early mornings relaxing in the very comfortable living room before heading out for the day. Although the home is in a quiet residential area, we were still close to everything we needed. Our two boys enjoyed riding their bikes on the road.

    Highly recommend! Fantastic location! Close enough to beach and restaurants, but conveniently off beaten path in lovely quiet neighborhood. House is vey clean, spacious and comfortable, My family truly enjoyed the sunroom and back yard. Beds are very comfortable and a/c units in each bedroom made for easy sleeping. Enjoyed several days at Red River Beach, well groomed and not too crowded.

    Great location. We enjoyed this home. Very open floor plan and the screened porch is lovely. Great area to walk, close to beach and town. Homeowner was nice to deal with.
