Spent the week here for the second time and had a wonderful stay…again! We so enjoy this pretty and well-appointed duplex in West Harwich, right on the Herring River. With two comfy bedrooms on the bottom and a beautifully furnished main floor on top, my guests and I enjoyed our stay, the magnificent views from the little balcony, and cooking delicious Cape Cod seafood together in the well-appointed kitchen. The owner, Doug, is very responsive, helpful, and could not be kinder. Can't wait to return next Summer!!

We stayed at the condo in Harwich the second week in May, 2026. What a wonderful experience. Everything is updated, beautifully decorated, very clean, and centrally located for all activities. Doug was a pleasure to work with. Everything we needed to make our stay memorable was at the condo. We will definitely return.

Wonderful rental. Easy to contact and resolve any issues with Doug. Balcony overlooking the river and being able to sit on the dock was fantastic. Interesting that renters could leave their unopened food which was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely rent this every year but the reverse layout was a little too difficult for a member of our party using a cane.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this condo. The location is great and it is very well appointed and spotlessly clean. The living room and bedroom furniture is very tasteful and comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. I didn't really do any cooking, but you certainly could! Doug was very responsive to questions. I would not hesitate to rent again.

We stayed at Doug's condo for 8 days this summer. It was our second stay at this condo and it did not disappoint! The decor is beautiful, beds comfortable and kitchen and bathrooms very well stocked. We had a great stay and enjoyed the walk to pleasant rd Beach on several days. Doug is very easy to communicate with and answers questions promptly.
It's a townhouse style condo with bedrooms and full bath on first floor..second floor has a beautiful open kitchen and living room. There is also a small balcony to enjoy the view of the river and kayakers..highly recommend!

Our family had a fabulous time at this little slice of heaven in West Harwich! The condo was perfect for us. Doug was always available to answer any questions during our stay. The condo was immaculately clean and so comfortable. There was a great view of the river from the top floor and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and taking in the view. There's a great beach just down the road. The condo was so convenient to all the places we wanted to go. We would not hesitate to come back to this great condo!

We moved to Florida several years ago and was lucky enough to find this wonderful condo near everything that we know and love when we visit the Cape annually. Always clean and the decor is welcoming. Sitting outside with a drink in hand, around the firepit is a fun time when our friends come over. The view is amazing and the conversations memorable.
Doug is only a phone call away, should you need something but this is a fully equipped condo so you shouldn't need anything.
Love staying here and looking forward to our upcoming visit.

We went to this lovely condo for a week. Weather was nice, only one day of rain.. This condo is perfectly located close to everything. There's a very nice beach just a short walk away. Restaurants, shopping and bike trail are nearby. The condo was spacious and very comfortable. We had a great week. Thank you Doug, we hope to come again :)

We visited Cape Cod for the first time - travelling from the UK. This apartment was perfect in every way - it had everything we needed and more, was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. The location is ideal for visiting all of Cape Cod and the apartment itself has lovely views of the river. We would highly recommend staying here!

Doug is a great host and the property is perfect for a carefree summer getaway. The Herring River is perfect for kayaking in the 2 kayaks provided. Central to HarwichPort and easy access to the beaches. Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful condo, near everything from restaurants, stores and golf courses. We love the view of the inlet from the upstairs window. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could need. The owner is great to deal with- he is very responsive when we email him and each year makes something a little nicer in the condo. We feel like we're home when we arrive!

We have been coming to Cape Cod to visit our daughter and grandchildren since 2012. We have stayed at different places during that time but Doug's place at Ocean Cove is by far our favorite. It provides us with all the comforts of home and is centrally located to all the sights we enjoy on the Cape. Thank you so much, doug.

Just wanted to say what a great and convenient condo this is. It was spacious, clean and the kitchen was stocked with every thing you need to be able to cook. Doug was easy to communicate with and quickly responded to any questions. I enjoyed the lovely views of the river and watching people launch their boats. I would definitely stay again!

From start to finish this rental was perfect!! The condo was clean and inviting, the owner had great communication, the view was SPECTACULAR, and we were never far from anything we wanted to do. We will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

The property had everything we needed for our stay and we would stay here again. It's in a great location in Harwich with easy access to the local restaurants, beach, supermarket etc. It's spacious, clean and well equipped with good outdoor space (balcony & seating firepit area).
Particular highlight for us was having the 2 kayaks included so we could kayak daily and see seals, otters & birds. Property overlooks the beautiful Herring River (accessible all hours) with a public slip way in front of the property for easy access to the water.
Great location for exploring the Cape and the owner Doug was very helpful with our questions and providing info.

Love this Condo. The view is remarkable! Watched the boater's getting ready for the day while eating breakfast, and watched the sunset from the deck. We hit the river almost every day using the supplied kayaks and our own stand-up paddleboards. Upstream or down to the Sound, both are beautiful rides. We spent the rest of our day at beautiful Pleasant Beach about 1/2 mile away. Everything you can think of is within 5 minutes of this location. Beaches, Harwich Port Center, Mini Golf, Go-Carts, trampoline's, bumper boats/zip line, Sundae School. The owner is very accommodating and stocks everything you need for a great vacation. We'll definitely be back here next year!

We stayed here again this year and it was as fine as always. Bright, great view of the river and fresh breezes from the ocean. You can use kayaks right out the door to either paddle out to the ocean or go the other way into a quiet salt marsh area. Kitchen is well equipped and the AC works great when needed. Owner has been very helpful when we have forgotten stuff there.

What a great place to stay in Cape Cod! This is the best stocked unit that we've ever rented. West Harwich is pretty centrally located, so we could get to other locations quickly, and we went from tip to tip of the Cape. It's fairly new and nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the upstairs sofa was perfect. It was quiet and peaceful with nice neighbors. Enjoyed sitting on upstairs deck with a glass of wine in the late afternoons. Would rent again.

This is our 3rd year at this condo. Great location,comfortable beds,and kitchen has all the amenities that you need. Makes for a comfortable week on the Cape and plan to come back. Owner is very accommodating.

We were very pleased with our stay at Doug's Condo. It was spotless and very comfortable in every respect. Everything was as described. Doug was very accommodating when we had to make a change due to an unexpected family matter. He was also quick to respond to any questions we had and a pleasure to interact with. This condo is simply lovely! It's modern and designed for efficiency, convenience and comfort. What you see in the pictures is totally accurate but what you don't see is that the kitchen is fully equipped, the bed was amazingly comfortable and the river view beautifully restful. Having a washer dryer available was a real plus.I loved spending chilly evenings curled up on the large well-cushioned and pillowed sofa in front of the fireplace with perfect reading light and the Bose radio playing my beloved classical music! This was a personal retreat time for me and this updated and well kept condo was perfect. The location is ideal for easy connections and even though it's near Rt.28 the noise was not an issue. The owner, Doug, was friendly and helpful and very available for any questions I had.
A well deserved maximum rating all around for this lovely condo.

Wonderful host and well equipped townhouse. Nice layout with the kitchen, living room, bathroom and laundry upstairs. Perfect spot for morning coffee on the deck overlooking the Herring River. Thoughtful amenities, including kayaks and fishing gear. We would absolutely stay here again and we would recommend it to our friends.

This condo is the perfect place for experiencing all things Cape Cod and Doug is a real pleasure to rent from! The home has everything you can think of to make your stay comfortable and along with its great view of the Herring River and fishing boats, it's also super convenient to beaches, stores and restaurants!

Beautiful Home.

My two boys, my mom and I all got to stay at this amazing home. Doug was fantastic and checked with us via text to make sure everything was good. The home was very clean and had absolutely everything you needed in it. The marshes were right outside the home and we saw beautiful sunsets and access to the kayaks was definitely a plus. The location is also perfect. I'm so glad I rented this home. It was perfect for our stay!!!

Perfect remedy for "GetmeOuttathisHouse" syndrome. Packed up the laptops and headed to the Cape. We had a great time in this condo. The condo has everything you will need. In great location to shops and restaurants. Easy walk to Pleasant Rd Beach. Doug is easy to work with and very accommodating.

I just finished a two week stay on the Cape in this condo. It was very clean when I arrived and it has all the amenities needed while vacationing. The location was perfect for getting around the Cape. The condo included convenient beach accessories. We also kayaked once towards the marsh, which was beautiful. The sunset from the balcony is an added treat. The walks to the Pleasant Road beach and swimming there was very enjoyable too. I look forward to returning there someday when I visit the Cape again!

We just finished our second stay at the Ocean Cove complex in the Doug's condominium. The home is very comfortable, clean, and in a pretty dynamic location overlooking a tidal river.

Doug has two kayaks that we used to paddle both out to the ocean opening and inland to the marshes. What's special also is that the living room and kitchen are on the second floor which affords breezy air and great sun.

And the home is in tip top shape. It's all good. Peter Amons

This was our first time at this condo and loved everything about it. We were unexpectedly able to get in early on the first day of our rental which started our vacation off wonderfully! Clean, perfect size, and the location was fantastic. We loved the view of the Herring River! The bed was very comfortable and it was so nice having a full kitchen.

We will be back again and have already recommended it to several people. Loved it!

Beautiful view. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony enjoying the water view. The living room and kitchen are on the second floor to take advantage of the view. Bedrooms are spacious. The place was so clean and the owner was great. Doug was very easy to deal with and even left some treats. Townhouse has everything you need. And it's convenient to everything. Lots of restaurants nearby and not far to the beach.

Would definitely recommend it and I would definitely stay here again! Thanks Doug!

Condo is perfect! Looks exactly as pictured, clean, spacious and has the best view. The unit is quiet, full of sunlight and down the street from the beach! Everything you need for a fun day at the beach is provided and the kitchen is fully stocked for a home cooked meal. Doug is a great host and has been so flexible/ helpful during our stay. Wouldn't hesitate to book again or recommend to a friend.

We just stayed at this condo for a week and if available in the years ahead we will make it part of our annual ritual trip to Cape Cod each summer. The quality of the space, views, walking proximity to commercial spots along Route 28 and yet the Herring tidal river outside the window all come together. I used one of the kayaks to go up the river to the marshes and down the river to the ocean. And my wife, who is never satisfied with the air conditioning anywhere, was actually very pleased as the Cape is famous for humidity. Last and not least we forgot stuff at the condo and the owner was able to track it down from cleaning people and subsequent guests. That does not happen much nowadays.

We stayed here for a number of weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our time on the Cape. The kayaks were definitely a bonus as was the grill behind the unit. The owner was extremely responsive to any issues that arose and always available for questions either by phone, text or email. Right off Route 28 in West Harwich made it convenient to get to multiple locations on the Cape.

I very much enjoyed my stay in Cape Cod last week, especially the use of your condo. There wasn't anything missing, and everything in your condo worked and worked well. In addition to it being a fantastic place, I love the location. Being on Route 28 next to the Herring River is a real plus. Near all the major roadways, with Route 6 in sight, so to speak, with exit 9 to the west and exit 10 to the east. Thank you very much.

Location, location, location! This is our 3rd year we stayed here and it just keeps getting better. Doug's home is truly impeccable. Fully stocked with everything we can possibly need. It truly has all the comforts of home. The condo is located right on the Herring River; we enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets and the best fishing right from our doorstep. Beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and shopping all within 5 minutes. It really is a wonderful place to come unwind with the family and enjoy the best that Cape Cod has to offer without worrying about a thing. It's also a pleasure dealing with Doug. He went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed for a truly relaxing vacation.

Our family spent the 4th of July week in Cape Cod. The owner of this wonderful condo, Mr. Costello responded to our last minute request for a rental and made it possible for us to enjoy the week in Cape. The location is just perfect close to several beaches, fresh water sources perfect for kayaking (my kids had a blast kayaking), shopping, quick access to Route 6 and of course is right on Route 28. This condo feels like home. This is the second year we rented this place and we knew the place would be sparkling clean and ready for us. The outdoor grill is a bonus. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and very well maintained condo.

My husband and I were fortunate to be able to rent a beautiful condo (#3) at Ocean Cove condo development in West Harwich on Cape Cod for 6 weeks. This is a fairly new condo and extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The accommodations are very comfortable and the views from the living room and balcony are breathtaking. You are right on the Herring River so quick access to kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing. Also, being near a main road gives quick access to everything - beaches, restaurants and shopping. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a memorable Cape experience."

We loved the proximity to the river, Pleasant Street Beach and Harwich Port! The fire pit was a great place to have smore's in the evening!!

Your condo was awesome and worked out well for our family during our visit. We didn't get to spend much time there, but great accommodations.

Excellent vacation property! Great location! Nicely furnished and very well equipped, with everything you'd need to insure a comfortable stay. Rooms were larger than expected and coupled with plenty of storage space, provided plenty of room for all the clothing and equipment we brought for our two week stay. Overall, an excellent home-base from which to experience all that the Cape has to offer. We would certainly rent this one again!

The town house was in mint condition. High def TV, good space, very comfortable. Kayaking in the nearby river was awesome. Doug made the process very easy. Nice neighbors.

Our stay was wonderful. I asked [our] family if they could remember anything that would have been handy to have that we didn't [have], and they couldn't think of anything. Every room was in a perfect location and a perfect size. It was nice having use of the kayaks, and we would definitely rent again...

Your condo is absolutely perfect! The space works very well, the beds were incredibly comfortable. It's immaculate, decorated beautifully, and so nice that it's new. There is a great breeze when the windows are open and of course perfect with central air because the Cape can get sticky. The view of the river is spectacular.
I don't think there was one kitchen item anyone would need that wasn't there!
… our children (ages 20 and 23) did hang there quite a bit and were loving the cable tv of course!

We had a wonderful vacation in Harwich. The condo is so cute and very comfortable. We hope everyone else enjoys their stay as much as we did.
