Nice kitchen with dining area for six, 1 queen sleep sofa, gas grill, and outdoor shower.
The second unit, playfully known as the “Minnow”, is an attached studio suite consisting of one large room with a queen size bed, sitting area, bathroom and kitchenette. There is a mudroom entry, perfect for stashing beach bags and coolers for the beach, as well as bikes. You will love the new Clam Bar too! This is a newly built, out door, screened in dining room.
The ''Sandpiper'' is the third unit, perfect for a family of four.
The backyard is set up for grilling and relaxing after enjoying all Cape Cod has to offer for the day!
