A few more minutes down Rt 28 is Saquatucket Harbor and Marina, a great attraction for shopping, eating and boating.     Happiest Vacation Ever

    If you're having a wedding at Wychmere - this is your rental! Betsey was above and beyond! Helpful, accommodating a last minute emergency, and just genuinely happy for us celebrating our son & now daughter's wedding! 4 families under one roof for 10 days and you would have never known it … until it was fire pit time. What an amazing property and LOCATION!!
    Steps from the beach and everything you need for sun or shade right behind the house!
    The house is extremely well supplied.

    My entire family really enjoyed this property and our week at the Cape!! It far exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect to park our cars and not leave. The beach is really just a short walk from the house and beautiful, you are in town so an easy walk to ice cream and restaurants, and we were very happy that it was a short bike ride to the bike path.

    That being said about the location let's move on to the house. This house is so well maintained and plenty big enough to house 12 adults and 5 grandkids under the age of 3. We especially enjoyed the center courtyard for family dinners and the backyard for the fire pit. The homeowners were so nice and easy to work with. We highly recommend this property!

    MORE THAN JUST A RENTAL

    Where do I begin… if you are staying in Harwich Port with a decent sized party.. you need to stay at this rental. It is so much more than just a house. It is where amazing memories have been made that will last a lifetime.

    My husband and I immediate family/ bridal party stayed here for our wychmere wedding this august. Betsey was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was kind, accommodating and extremely helpful! The house is so perfect and simply stunning! You can tell that Betsey pays attention to detail and truly cares for this home. Some of our favorite memories were slow mornings on the porch drinking coffee, late nights with wine by the fire pit, walking downtown to some of our favorite restaurants on cape and then being able to walk home and simply enjoying each others company in a welcoming and comfortable environment.The location is ideal as it is perfectly located on Main Street and just a quick walk or drive to wychmere harbor and bank street beach. Even the neighbors are awesome — who welcomed my husband and I with a celebratory bottle of wine. Thank you Betsey.     Wonderful house. We were able to comfortably house 7 adults and 7 children ages 3-8. Located at the corner of Rt 28 and Bank Street in Harwichport. The location provided easy access to the town and beach. Rt 28 was not a problem with any traffic noise.
    The house is well appointed with plenty of space to find a quiet spot. Plenty of parking.

    The best Cape vacation!

    We needed a house big enough to accommodate all our friends and our children and this house was perfect. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and right in downtown so while kids were napping/sleeping parents could take a walk to lunch, shop, cocktails. There was a great ice cream place across the street we could walk to kids too, a Cumberland farms and liquor store in walking distance for emergency runs. We had 5 family's and it never felt crowded, big backyard for the kids to run around in. It was a perfect vacation, we will be back every summer until there are too many children to fit anymore! show more show less

    Couldn't Ask for a Better Stay!

    We honestly couldn't have asked for a better stay! The house was perfect for our family get-together with a sizable group. The house was well stocked with all the amenities you could ask for: plenty of kitchen space, bedrooms large enough to sleep to the advertised capacity, and an amazing outdoor space for cooking, games and relaxation.

    Not only was the house perfect, but you actually couldn't ask for a better location. Walking distance to all the bars and restaurants in town; walking distance to the beach; walking distance to natural space; a couple minute drive to the grocery store.

    In addition to the amazing house and location, the homeowner was a true joy to work with. Responsive, professional and genuinely wanted to ensure we had an amazing time. They truly care about their guests and their property and this made the experience that much more intimate and special. Interactions such as these in our hyper-transactional economy are sadly all too rare, which made this stay all the more special.

    Couldn't have asked for a more incredible homeowner/tenant interaction. Betsey was a true joy to work with. She and her husband are wonderful, caring people and made us feel like we were staying at a home away from home. A huge, huge thanks for such a wonderful stay at your home :)

    The house could have not been more perfect! It was very spacious, very clean, and one of the best houses we stayed at for a bachelorette. So close to the beach and downtown!! This place is a dream come true. Betsey and Mark were the best host they were great and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. 100/10 would recommend and cannot wait to stay again!!!

    Wonderful Stay in Harwich Port!

    We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was immaculate, furnished beautifully and very comfortable with plenty of space for our party. The location can't be beat! Walking distance to many shops, galleries and restaurants not be mention the beautiful beach and harbor. Betsey was so accommodating and available for any questions we had. Our family enjoyed many nights by the the cozy fire pit. The check in/out process could not have been easier. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful home!

    Incredible home in a great location

    We were a large group who had an incredible stay at this property. The home is very modern and beautiful, located just a short walk from a great beach. The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen and living areas are well stocked. In general, there was no amenity lacking at all in the house. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are plentiful and excellent. Betsey is very responsive, flexible, honest and easy to deal with; she quickly addressed all of our concerns and frequently checked in during our stay to ensure that everything was going well.
