If you're having a wedding at Wychmere - this is your rental! Betsey was above and beyond! Helpful, accommodating a last minute emergency, and just genuinely happy for us celebrating our son & now daughter's wedding! 4 families under one roof for 10 days and you would have never known it … until it was fire pit time. What an amazing property and LOCATION!!

My entire family really enjoyed this property and our week at the Cape!! It far exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect to park our cars and not leave. The beach is really just a short walk from the house and beautiful, you are in town so an easy walk to ice cream and restaurants, and we were very happy that it was a short bike ride to the bike path.

That being said about the location let's move on to the house. This house is so well maintained and plenty big enough to house 12 adults and 5 grandkids under the age of 3. We especially enjoyed the center courtyard for family dinners and the backyard for the fire pit. The homeowners were so nice and easy to work with. We highly recommend this property!

Where do I begin… if you are staying in Harwich Port with a decent sized party.. you need to stay at this rental. It is so much more than just a house. It is where amazing memories have been made that will last a lifetime.

My husband and I immediate family/ bridal party stayed here for our wychmere wedding this august. Betsey was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was kind, accommodating and extremely helpful! The house is so perfect and simply stunning! You can tell that Betsey pays attention to detail and truly cares for this home. Some of our favorite memories were slow mornings on the porch drinking coffee, late nights with wine by the fire pit, walking downtown to some of our favorite restaurants on cape and then being able to walk home and simply enjoying each others company in a welcoming and comfortable environment.The location is ideal as it is perfectly located on Main Street and just a quick walk or drive to wychmere harbor and bank street beach. Even the neighbors are awesome — who welcomed my husband and I with a celebratory bottle of wine. Thank you Betsey. We will be back one day and will never forget our stay at your home.

Wonderful house. We were able to comfortably house 7 adults and 7 children ages 3-8. Located at the corner of Rt 28 and Bank Street in Harwichport. The location provided easy access to the town and beach. Rt 28 was not a problem with any traffic noise.
The house is well appointed with plenty of space to find a quiet spot. Plenty of parking.

We needed a house big enough to accommodate all our friends and our children and this house was perfect. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and right in downtown so while kids were napping/sleeping parents could take a walk to lunch, shop, cocktails. There was a great ice cream place across the street we could walk to kids too, a Cumberland farms and liquor store in walking distance for emergency runs. We had 5 family's and it never felt crowded, big backyard for the kids to run around in. It was a perfect vacation, we will be back every summer until there are too many children to fit anymore!

We honestly couldn't have asked for a better stay! The house was perfect for our family get-together with a sizable group. The house was well stocked with all the amenities you could ask for: plenty of kitchen space, bedrooms large enough to sleep to the advertised capacity, and an amazing outdoor space for cooking, games and relaxation.

Not only was the house perfect, but you actually couldn't ask for a better location. Walking distance to all the bars and restaurants in town; walking distance to the beach; walking distance to natural space; a couple minute drive to the grocery store.

In addition to the amazing house and location, the homeowner was a true joy to work with. Responsive, professional and genuinely wanted to ensure we had an amazing time. They truly care about their guests and their property and this made the experience that much more intimate and special. Interactions such as these in our hyper-transactional economy are sadly all too rare, which made this stay all the more special.

Couldn't have asked for a more incredible homeowner/tenant interaction. Betsey was a true joy to work with. She and her husband are wonderful, caring people and made us feel like we were staying at a home away from home. A huge, huge thanks for such a wonderful stay at your home :)

The house could have not been more perfect! It was very spacious, very clean, and one of the best houses we stayed at for a bachelorette. So close to the beach and downtown!! This place is a dream come true. Betsey and Mark were the best host they were great and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. 100/10 would recommend and cannot wait to stay again!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was immaculate, furnished beautifully and very comfortable with plenty of space for our party. The location can't be beat! Walking distance to many shops, galleries and restaurants not be mention the beautiful beach and harbor. Betsey was so accommodating and available for any questions we had. Our family enjoyed many nights by the the cozy fire pit. The check in/out process could not have been easier. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful home!

We were a large group who had an incredible stay at this property. The home is very modern and beautiful, located just a short walk from a great beach. The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen and living areas are well stocked. In general, there was no amenity lacking at all in the house. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are plentiful and excellent. Betsey is very responsive, flexible, honest and easy to deal with; she quickly addressed all of our concerns and frequently checked in during our stay to ensure that everything was going well. I highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay again, truly could not ask for more!

We stayed at the Bank Street location with several family members for our daughter's wedding at Wychmere. Betsy was so helpful in sharing information prior to booking, as we live on the West Coast and do not know the area. The home fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen and large dining area allowed us to have big family breakfasts and lunches. The main level master bedroom was perfect for our elder parents as they did not have to climb stairs. The beautiful April weather even allowed to enjoy the outdoor area! AND last but not least, the location near Wychmere could not have been better. We highly recommend this place and Betsy!!

This is by far the nicest rental property I have had the opportunity to stay in. It was immaculate. It was also very tastefully decorated, roomy, comfortable furnishings, high end appliances and centrally located. It was everything a larger group could need or want.

My daughter had the idea to have a "Family Bachelorette" to celebrate her upcoming wedding with the people she is closest with. We had a little personal shower the first night. The next morning we all went to a great winery recommended by the home owner. We did some shopping in downtown Chatham. Then a nice dinner also suggested by the home owner. We ended the evening with a fire in the fire pit. We had such a great memorable time! Everyone that came loved the home and hopes to come back, myself included.

The owner could not have been more helpful and accommodating! If you're considering this home, book it! You won't be sorry! Thank you again for a wonderful weekend!

My group had a wonderful stay at this Harwich Port property! The property was conveniently located-just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It served as a great home base for a Cape Cod weekend.

The home itself was stunning. Even better than the pictures! Beautiful finishes in kitchens and baths, and the house was spotless upon our arrival. The house had two beautiful outdoor spaces: the courtyard where my group enjoyed food and drinks, and the backyard where we enjoyed a bonfire and cornhole.

This is a great home for a large group. Everyone felt welcome and had comfortable bedrooms. The homeowner was welcoming, helpful, and responsive. Highly recommended!

We had the pleasure of staying here for a wedding we were attending and were very happy with the amount of space and amenities this home had offered our party of 9. Everything was clean and comfortable, well decorated and centrally located to everything we needed to do in our short 3 day visit. Thank you Betsey for being so attentive! 10/10!!

Our large family ranging from 2 to 72 loved this home. The home is beautifully decorated and has comfortable furnishings. The kitchen is well equipped and there was plenty of spots for everyone to sit inside and out. The backyard is so nice for an evening fire and the grassy area is perfect for kids to run around. It was very convenient to have two laundry rooms with a large family. We had multiple cars and there was plenty of parking.

We also loved the area. If we didn't feel like venturing out, there is plenty of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Bank St. Beach is a very quick walk.

This spacious and beautifully renovated home easily accommodated 8 adults with tons of room to spare. With ample parking, a short walk to the beach, and Harwichport center just steps away, this house is clearly a special spot. We highly recommend it!

We loved this property! We planned a last minute trip for my mom's birthday. This home happened to have a couple days mid-week open before the real summer season kicked in.

The owner was so accommodating for us. The house is beautiful, in a perfect location, walking distance to the beach and shops/restaurants. We would love to come back!

We rented this property in June for our daughter's wedding. We could not have asked for better accommodations and location. The lower level provided the perfect space and privacy for all the girls to get ready. The property provided plenty of room to relax indoors and out. All the furnishing and appliances are high end. Betsey was very responsive to any of our needs and questions.

This house was PERFECT! We stayed here for my sister's bachelorette weekend and we could not be more happy with the house. There were a total of about 15 girls who stayed at the house, and everyone had their own bed (with beds left over). The 2 fridges and kitchen areas were so helpful for all our food/drink we brought, and there were plenty of bathrooms for all the girls to get ready in!

Our favorite parts of the house were the backyard (which was perfect for our catered clambake we set up) and the little outdoor courtyard in the middle of the house. And the location - SO perfect. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach, and 5 minute walk to a bunch of fun bars and restaurants!

Betsey was the BEST host - she was so easy to communicate with prior to our stay, and so accommodating during our stay. She was easy to get in touch with if we had any questions, and gave us so many great recommendations for things to do in the area. The house was so clean, and had everything we needed. I could not say enough good things about this house and Betsey, and definitely hope to stay there again soon.

Amenities were plentiful. Nice Beach only a 5 to 7 minute walk away. Ember Pizza and Sunday school less than a minute. Beds were comfortable and house laid out well. Parking was plentiful as well.

What a terrific property, great location especially for larger groups (we were 12). The location can't be beat, downtown and just a short walk to the beach. Great house with lots of privacy and a fantastic yard with a fire pit and grill. This lovely decorated home has a ton of space, lots of beds including 3 masters, 2 kitchens and large common areas to socialize. We had a blast and will be back!

We stayed at this property for our wedding weekend at Wychmere and housed our family and friends. We had many laughs and memories the evening before the wedding and the day of on the beautiful porch, in the kitchen and around the fire pit outside. The property is absolutely beautiful, clean and spacious. We were able to walk everywhere and our guests were thrilled. Betsey, the host, is accommodating and kind and made our experience one we will never forget. Highly suggest this property!! I wish we could have stayed longer!!

The "Three Masters" house was a perfect fit. We were two families of five vacationing together and the house worked out great. Plenty of room. The two fridges were helpful. Loved the big table for dining and games. Such a great gathering space. The outdoor space was great for outdoor games, grilling and the fire pit. Being so close to town was very convenient, as was the short walk to the beach. We highly recommend it!

We loved our month long stay! The house was perfect for our family of 5 and had plenty of space to spread out and to have guests come and stay too. The location was ideal - we could walk to the beach, and even ride our bikes to the Cape Cod bike trail which is 1.3 miles away. It was so comfortable and easy to live there. I highly recommend it for anyone. And the hosts responded right away to any questions we had.

We cannot say enough great things about both the home and the hosts - Betsey and Mark are quick to respond, accommodating and just wonderful people!

For some backstory, we arrived to to home in May amidst the Covid craziness/peak as we were looking for an escape from the city with our newborn baby and 4 year old son. We loved the home so much we ended up staying for almost 2.5 months! I was looking for a nice clean place to call 'home' for a little while that I would feel comfortable having a newborn in - this place exceeded our expectations.

The house is updated, clean, super spacious, and attention to every detail - ie. TONS of towels and sheet ready for usage. The outdoor yard features a Grill we used almost daily (with a second installed post our arrival i believe!), and a new fire pit with Adirondack chairs. New washer/dryer and updated appliances in the kitchen (6 burner stove!)

You are a stone's throw away from Ember and the rest of town so the perfect spot to get to/from restaurants (or picking up food easily). Bank Street beach is a 5-7 min straight shot across Rt 28. The front porch is hard to see from the pic but has 2 rocking chairs for lounging.

Betsey and Mark got back to us quickly with any questions/needs and were making updates to the house even as we spoke based on our feedback.

You will not be disappointed. We wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks again to Betsey and Mark!

Family stayed in this beautiful house for my son’s wedding with other brother’s families. Great rooms neat, clean and comfortable. We all enjoyed our space in this large house and met at the large dining room table for food plus meetings. The owner could not have been more accommodating and gracious.

My extended family stayed at the house during a family wedding weekend. The space was flexible, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and easy for entertaining friends. Betsey was a fabulous host who was gracious, helpful, and accommodating. The location was amazing. It was just a short walk to the Wychmere Beach Club and so near the restaurants and stores. It has two full kitchens and the space is such that everyone had privacy. It has been totally redone and received rave reviews from everyone who stopped by.

This is an amazing house that has become a family tradition of staying at each year. We started renting this house in the summer of 2015 and have every year since.

The house location can not be beat as located a block a way from downtown Harwich Port and across the street from Ember and Sundae School. You are a short walk to Bank Street Beach, don’t need to worry about beach parking.

The house is immaculate and was just recently renovated. Large family room and dining room, a master bedroom on each floor. An enclosed back porch, front deck porch and a backyard patio. Large parking area for multiple cars.

Don’t need to look any further for your Cape Cod house rental. This is the place to stay!
