After a long hiatus, SeaQuestered is once again available for guests. Prior to COVID, the home was consistently booked by repeat renters from 2017–2019, and when it has been available since, it has continued to fill quickly. The gap in bookings from 2020–2024 was intentional due to COVID-related circumstances.

Late check-outs without approval will incur a $250 fee, and extra guests beyond the reservation count will be charged $50 per person, per night. For security, there are three exterior cameras (doorbell, driveway, and front yard) to ensure house rules compliance. No pets, smoking, parties, or events are allowed, with a strict $500 fine for violations. Please reach out with any questions!<br />
