This charming and cozy, year round Cape style home is just steps from the beach!! At the end of a beautiful, picturesque dead end road you found your summer getaway. Only steps from the front door, and you are on a private, sandy and safe beach. Enjoy partial views of the ocean and Allen Harbor from 2nd floor bedrooms. House is centrally located in Harwichport to main roads, the center of town and 3 harbors. Two golf courses, tennis courts, bicycle paths and vacation activities are all within 2-3 miles. Or choose to curl up and relax on the sunny back deck with a summer read.

The first floor offers a large comfortable living room area with a big picture window viewing the front yard. Two bedrooms; one with queen size bed and the other with 2 single beds. Full bath includes shower/tub. Kitchen area seats 6 comfortably for dining. Access to basement includes washer/dryer and an outdoor shower off the back deck.

The second floor also has two bedrooms: one with a king size bed and other with 2 single beds. There is also a common area with a skylight above the desk and 2 chairs and also a full bath including shower/tub.

2-3 cars preferred - 4 cars maximum allowed in driveway.

Harwichport Gem

Our family of 5 has rented this property the last 2 summers and looks forward to our next trip! This clean and well appointed home has plenty of comfortable space to feel right at home. The kitchen has everything you'll need including sharp knives!!!! House highlights include outdoor dining space & gas grill, outdoor shower, newer full sized laundry. Location highlights: steps away from a family friendly beach which includes a tide pool for exploring, a long jetty perfect for fishing and watching the boats come in and out of Allen's Harbor, a short walk/bike ride to bumper boats, go-karts, ice cream, and Harwichport center. Owners have always been available and highly responsive to any questions or concerns that we've had. We've loved staying here and hope to return again and again! show more show less

Jennifer, we were so happy with house. We were there for our daughters wedding at Wychmere and the location couldn't have been better. We found the house to be well stocked, charming and very clean. We would not hesitate to recommend this to our friends or come back ourselves.

Hi Jennifer, we had a wonderful time, your house is so well organized and easy to take care of. The beach is beautiful - we all had so much fun!! Your neighbors are lovely too. Yes, we are very interested in next year. My girls has such a great time biking into town, lots to do for everyone; and everything in town, and in your house is very pleasant and convenient.
