Next to the living area is a separate sitting room that leads to a large kitchen with comfortable dining area. You'll appreciate the large private yard with patio, gas grille & outdoor shower. Other amenities include, WiFi,, washer & dryer, dishwasher. The main house has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, one with a step-in shower and the other with tub and shower. Plus, an additional sleeping area for up to 2 in the living room area with pocket door for privacy.

Available only with the rental of the main house is "The Barnacle", the detached bunkhouse, which features a downstairs kitchen area including refrigerator, counter with breakfast bar, sink, and room for beach gear. Upstairs you'll find 3 sets of bunks, one with a full on the bottom to accommodate up to 7 guests, and a full bath with step in shower.<br /> <br /> Easy walk to beautiful Nantucket Sound or the quaint village of Harwich Port with its wonderful restaurants, shops, art galleries, ice cream, and Musical stroll on Wednesday evenings.
