Small Private Beach on Long Pond – LARGE Family Home
Just steps from our front door is Long Pond. Take a short walk on our private road to the private sandy beach and enjoy Cape Cod's largest fresh water fun spot, Long Pond! This location is terrific and provides so many great activities so close to home.
Kitchen is very clean and spacious overlooking the living room and back yard. New stainless appliances, granite counter tops. Plenty of glasses, plates, mugs, Calphalon pans, Henckles knives, toaster, blender, DRIP coffee maker, 30 cup coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, food processor, kitchen is stocked and there is a big stainless Weber gas grill and another Weber charcoal on the back deck.
The house has 6 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms plus the outdoor shower.
The first floor has 2 large bedrooms one has a king and one has a queen bed. Laundry Room is on the first floor.
There are two large bathrooms on the first floor, a sun room with a large dining table, a well appointed kitchen and a large family room with a floor to ceiling fireplace and 65 inch tv. Wifi, Basic Cable TV guests can stream from their accounts. The second floor has four large bedrooms with 3 king beds and two queen beds. The two queen beds are set up in the giant room above the garage along with a second TV viewing area with toys and movies in the closet. There is another bathroom on the second floor that has a dressing area, tub and stand alone walk in shower. The basement is a family fun spot - Pool, Ping Pong, Bar, Air Hockey, Game closet, Wrap around sofa, third TV viewing area with a third 65 inch screen TV for your streaming pleasure.
The interior includes new furnishings, super comfortable beds and luxurious bedding.
The house has 3 floors of living space with plenty of room to accommodate your entire family, a family reunion and some guests. The open floor plan is great for entertaining, and you will have plenty of room to socialize, relax and also space to find alone time if you wish. Amenities include central AC, a dishwasher, new Maytag commercial sized washer/dryer on the first floor, 65'' TV, Internet workstation, 3 Brand New 65'' flat screen televisions, a fireplace, a Weber BBQ grill gas and charcoal, hammock, game room, and an outdoor shower. The neighborhood: You will love the crystal clear, sandy bottom lake and it is so much warmer than the days at the ocean! Our neighborhood beach (open April 1 - Oct 15th) is shallow when you first enter so it is perfect for kids. There is another beach (public) 60 seconds drive from our house right on Long Pond Drive where you can also spend the day. Explore multiple town beaches, Cape Cod vacations are about the ocean! Use one of our four kayaks or two stand up paddle boards and explore Long Pond.
We have a bunch of beach toys, beach chairs, use ours no need to bring them from home. We have all fun yard games! We enjoy time at the house as a family and We have several repeat guests that return every year, space will be limited and we encourage families to let us know if they plan to return the next year as blocks of time are not held without deposit.
Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 14 souls at any time. The lease holder must be one of the 14 guests. Lease holder MUST BE AT LEAST 30 years old and we require a copy of the lease holders drivers license when booking a stay (standard with Airbnb and other platforms). When you send back your signed lease, you will send a copy of your drivers license. Our daughter has severe allergies, we cannot permit animals of any kind.
Cancellation Policy - If you wish to cancel after booking, do so in writing. We will re-list the house and if we rebook the time you will be responsible for a fee of 15% of the weeks base cost, if not you will be responsible for the cost of the week.
Linens - We recommend you bring or rent. If you use the house linens you must launder them before you check out but you can use our laundry. We have sheets in each bedroom dresser, bath towels, and beach towels.

To book time at the house please email us your requested week and please confirm the week is open before you request the time (see listing calendar). In your email, PLEASE include your group details including, how many people are in your group, how many cars you are bringing, your understanding of the no pets policy, confirm you meet the minimum age requirement of 30, your understanding of the cancellation policy in the listing and any questions you may have. Our maximum number of souls is 14 at any time, no exceptions. Weekly Pricing is found in the online calendar & is not open for negotiation. We do not offer multiple week discounts and cleanings are required each week. PLEASE provide the information requested as above so we can process your request. If the week appears as open on the online calendar it is still open. Repeat guests are given first opportunity. We receive a lot of inquiries, we respond to the inquiries that inform us of the above.
We do not allow tents, motor homes, boats, air mattresses on the property. We do not have a boat mooring.
