Amenities include central AC, a dishwasher, washer and dryer, cable TV, Internet, a Weber grill, and an outdoor shower.

Walking distance to beach. The warm waters and low surf of Red River Beach on Nantucket Sound are just 4/10 mile away!

If you prefer, you may bring your own linens but our linens are washed in high temperature laundering after each rental.

    The house was perfect for a family vacation- very comfortable and well cared for. Was great to have both a deck and screened in porch. Easy access to Red River Beach.

    Great house in Harwichport area! We rented for a wedding at the Wychmere. Location is ideal with short walk to red river beach, less than 5 minute drive to downtown attractions and close to Chatham. The beach is groomed and very nice for kids. There are 3 nicely appointed bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one tub, one stand up shower). The house was very clean. Kitchen is lovely and newly renovated. Great cooking area and plenty of space for eating either inside, outside or on the porch. The owners were very nice and accommodating and easy to work with. We only wish we had more time. We hope to return next year! show more show less

    Very comfortable and clean ! Great location (walk to the beach and close to the nantucket ferry) and the house had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable and relaxing. The owners were also very nice and accommodating.We also really enjoyed going to the local fish market and using the grill. Great relaxing vacation . Thank you !

    We bought this home in 2015 and completely re-did it. It was our empty nester's project and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We are hoping you will enjoy it to. We both grew up spending many wonderful summery family vacations on Cape Cod and we have always loved the Harwich Port area for it's beautiful beaches, great restaurants and the bike trail!.

    What is special about this property?
    Our property is unique in the sense that it is only 4/10 mile to Red River beach yet we are tucked up in a cul de sac neighborhood of 6 homes where no one goes unless they are visiting someone there. Quiet and peaceful with woods behind us.

    What is special about your town?
    So close to the beach, it's a 7 minute walk or 1 minute bike ride, no car needed. Being only 1.5 miles from downtown Harwich Port, amazing restaurants and shops are a short drive. And in the other direction we are only a mile from the Chatham line. Downtown Chatham's shops, Yankee Ingenuity and Tale of the Cod are favorites, are so much fun and become a family visit tradition.
