We have been renting on the Cape for over 30 years and our experience with Dan was the best by far. The house was perfect; absolutely beautiful, immaculate, comfortable and the ideal location. We were worried about renting during the pandemic but Dan and his wife went above and beyond to ensure everything was sanitized with detailed explanation when we arrived of what they do to ensure your health and safety. This was by far the best house we have stayed at in our over 20 years of going to the Cape. The location to the beach and town were great. We loved all the amenities, especially the front porch where we spent most of our evenings. Looking forward to staying there again!

We have rented here for 8 years. The home is perfect and really well maintained. It is close to the beach and a short walk to downtown. A nice deck and private back yard, we have been very comfortable when we have as many as 8 family members here. Great spot... !!!

This house is well maintained, spotless, and absolutely beautiful! It is a short walk to town to shops and restaurants. This rental has all of the conveniences of home and it's a short walk to the beach! It's the perfect Cape Cod beach house. A great place to make memories with family!
