We loved our stay in Harwich and loved your home! The location was so convenient to many places we wanted to visit on the cape! Your recommendations in the Renter's Guide were very helpful and we loved the restaurants you recommended! The back yard, deck area and patio with fire pit was beautiful! We loved it all!

The house was very comfortable and accommodated 8 of us - 5 adults and 3 teenagers. The basement master suite worked out great for the teenagers who had their own space. The outdoor patio was amazing and such a bonus. We spent alot of time out there, grilling, cocktailing and chatting. The neighborhood was quiet so easy to sleep. Laura was very helpful and sent very detailed instructions on how to get into the house, how to use the grill, how to put the garbage out for pick-up, as well as an extensive list of dining options, and things to do in the area. This is a great vacation rental centrally located on the Cape. The house has a great outdoor patio space,, very comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is well designed and equipped, and the living room and finished bar/living area is great for hanging out. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, and it's a few miles to a beach near the bay, and just 5 miles from a beach in Orleans as well as restaurants and cute shops in Chatham. The bike path for biking and running is just 5 minutes away, by car and Nickerson Park is fantastic for beautiful walking and hiking, and is only a short drive from the house. This is a very comfortable property for a stay on the Cape. show more show less

Our stay in this beautiful home was exactly what we were hoping for. The house was clean and welcoming, the bedrooms were comfortable and roomy, and the backyard was large and inviting! The stunning basement was a wonderful surprise and provided a cozy way to watch movies when we wanted some downtime. Close to hiking trails, beaches and restaurants, the home was situated in the perfect location, but it still felt like a tucked away gem. Staying here was the perfect way to enjoy Cape Cod. My family and I had a wonderful stay. All the comforts of home in a tastefully decorated house. The beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing. It was so nice to have a choice of space where we can all be together, as well as a space where we could have some quiet time. We enjoyed having a morning cup of coffee on the patio. We hope to rent again next summer!

This was our second year in your beautiful house, which has plenty of space and amenities for our extended family. (I think we tried to reserve a 2019 week as soon as we left last year!) The location at the "elbow" of the Cape makes it easy to go on day trips in either direction and we took advantage of your restaurant suggestions to try some new places. The new backyard fence gave us a feeling of privacy, and even though yours is a very quiet street, it will be great for families with younger children. Our family had been staying at the same place in Orleans for several years when the owner decided not to rent last summer. It was a disappointment because it had a big yard in back where we could have fires and family time. We discovered this property online and the owners, new to Cape Cod, were as accommodating as anyone could expect. Since we have always rented in Orleans proper, we weren't sure if the location of this property would present any issues since it's just outside town and we like to ride our bikes to the rail trail. It did not, and we absolutely fell in love with the place. The grounds are beautiful, the inside with its open floor plan is perfect for a family and the downstairs master bedroom offers great privacy. The backyard deck and patio with its mood lighting and great outdoor furniture only add to the homey feeling of the house. The only thing that was missing was an outdoor shower, but we were told that was coming. We couldn't ask for a better place to stay. show more show less
