Charming Cape Cod House near bike path and Harwich Center

The house is charming with a big kitchen and open living and dining rooms. The downstairs bedroom and half bath were perfect for my parents. The kids loved the big yard to run around in. The Harwich location was perfectly situated in the center of all of our Cape Cod favorites!

What a wonderful stay we had. Highly recommend this property. Location is ideal for all things a Cape vacation needs beaches, restaurants and much more.

Many thanks for sharing your lovely house with us. It provided a very welcome, comfortable retreat and a great vacation. We liked the quiet setting, the central location, and the thoughtful, well-placed furnishings and the fully equipped kitchen. You truly are a gracious, attentive host. We had a nice time and we hope to return next year.

We had a wonderful vacation thanks to Ann Marie. Her lovely cottage has a large kitchen, big tv room and beautiful yard. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils, dishes, and other details. Ann Marie was always available when needed.

It is a beautiful house. The outside seating area with its white picket fence is a great place to enjoy meals. This charming house is located right down the street from the bike trail, shops, and easy ride to the beach.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful week here! The house is beautiful with a spacious yard and patio, plus ample parking spots. Walking distance to the bike path and a winery. Close to beautiful beaches and town centers. Ann Marie was always accessible if we needed anything and really went the extra mile to make sure we felt comfortable and had an enjoyable vacation. The house was thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. We would definitely return again.

We had such a nice week staying at Ann Marie's rental in Harwich. The house had absolutely everything we needed and it truly felt like home. It was comfortable, quiet, and had a perfect patio and yard for hanging out and grilling after a long day at the beach! Harwich center is just down the road and has cute restaurants and shops, the grocery store is also just minutes down the road. Local beaches were fantastic, we had many to choose from. Looking forward to staying here again!

I am pleased to have the opportunity to write this review for Ann Marie. Having enjoyed our stay in her lovely home during part of last summer, we stayed there again this summer as well. We plan on returning every year! She provides all that is basically necessary in kitchen, bedrooms, bath and laundry room to make it feel like a home. She has also provided a gas grill and several choices of chairs and tables for outdoor dining. Ann Marie is a thoughtful and accommodating host. Her home is both cozy and uncluttered--a welcome combination.

The host was extremely accommodating. She was willing to purchase air conditioning for our rooms which helped us. The house was lovely, there were plenty of dishes, towels, hats, cleaning supplies etc. It would have been nice if there were some basic cooking supplies such as oil, garlic spices. Maybe as people come they will leave them. We did need to wash many of cooking items before using, so she may want rewash things. Overall it was a very comfortable place that we would definitely come back to. The outdoor shower was great. The outside patio was lovely to sit at and relax. Thank you for a great week.
