Lovely 3 bed, 1 1/2 bath ranch on beautiful, large country lot, close to Route 28. Airy and bright cottage is 7/8 mile to Red River Beach.

This home has 3 bedrooms at one end of the cottage with comfortable mattresses: 1 queen in master, 2 twins in the second bedroom, and a double in the third. Nearby bathrooms are renovated. The dining room has a large table and eight chairs, and connects to the living room for a spacious feeling. It overlooks the rear private yard. The living room has a leather sofa, comfortable seating and large TV with WI FI on the fireplace mantle. The full eat-in kitchen has a table and chairs, an electric stove, fridge, coffee maker, microwave oven, dishwasher and access to attached single -car garage. The rear door leads to the backyard, patio with gas grill, table and chairs.
The back yard is private and quiet, with large evergreens and holly trees and an outdoor shower. The patio has a table with umbrella, 6 chairs and a Weber grill. Ample parking is in the front driveway. There are window A/C's and fans.

This home is 2 miles to Harwichport Center, which has live music on Wednesday evenings. It is close to many attractions, good restaurants, walking/bike trails, sports centers with games for children, many vistas overlooking beaches, ponds or lighthouses, and is near many art galleries.

    We had a great vacation! The cottage was more than adequate with plenty of room.Pristine Red
    River Beach was close by allowing for easy access. The outdoor shower was awesome !! The owner was a pleasure to work with. We definitely will be back !!!

    Wonderful location, easy access to Red River Beach, downtown, Chatham and most of the Cape. Accommodations were perfect for our stay - super clean, quiet, nice outside shower, and comfy beds. Highly recommend.

    Lovely cape cod cottage

    The four of us stayed at this place in July for a week getaway and it was our first time on the Cape. The cottage was everything and more! 5 mins away is Downtown Chatham, which has great shopping and restaurants. The cottage was also very close to the beach for us. We loved having the outdoor shower to wash up afterwards! It was cozy cottage with the perfect sized rooms for all of us. We will definitely stay here next time we find ourselves looking for a place in the area :-) Daria

    Great Cape Cod Cottage

    We stayed in this great Cape Cod cottage for a week during July. Loved the location as the house was very close to Red River Beach and a ten minute drive to downtown Chatham. Lovely house with all the amenities needed for a week at the beach. Very comfortable bedding and linens were provided. Loved the outdoor shower which was easy for cleaning the kids off when we returned from the beach. House also has a washer and dryer which was great when we needed it. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely would recommend staying here if you like the classic Cape Cod cottage feel. show more show less

    Fantastic relaxing cottage so close to the beach and close to Chatham. The cottage has all the amenities you need and more. Quiet area. Looking forward to another visit next year.

    Great time at the Cape
    July 2019

    We loved the location and this cottage had everything we needed! We got a weekly beach sticker and went to Red River Beach and we had great weather. The house had beach chairs, a BBQ grill, and nice mattresses that came with all the linens. Washer and dryer in house was great too as we needed to do laundry mid week. Great house and would definitely stay here again!

    I have been renting since 2018, I try to make my home as welcoming as possible, and to provide as many amenities as possible. So I make sure that all basic living needs are available, clean and in working order and provide many bath and kitchen supplies. I try to make the visitors stay as enjoyable as we always found Cape Cod for the many years we've been staying here-- since our childhood.

    What is special about this property?
    The best feature of our property is that it is all on one floor, big enough for our family, and occasional visitors, has a level yard and privacy out back next to the patio, with a grill. I love the outdoor shower as well. It is only a flat one mile to Red River Beach, and short drive to ponds for shade.

    What is special about your town?
    Our town of Harwich is centrally located to many small villages and beaches. Harwichport has live music-- up to 6 bands- once a week on Wednesday Eves. The shopping is abundant and restaurants unequaled in quality..
