We have owned this property for 14 years. We are in the luxury real estate business in the suburbs of Boston Ma. This was our private summer home for many summers and very few renters throughout the years.
We built a slightly larger home a few blocks away.
This property is constantly upgraded and very comfortable.

What is special about this property?
Large private fenced rear yard, great parking and walkability is great. Adorable in town neighborhood. Streets are mostly flat so it's great for walking and biking or strolling little ones. One floor living, high ceilings, modern amenities make for a relaxing stay.
The Nantucket ferry is 2 miles away and within a mile there are go carts, mini golf , trampolines and water bumper cars. Beaches are down the street with an easy walk back and forth to the cottage.

What is special about your town?
There are many outdoor restaurants with fire pits and live music. CVS is around the corner and sells food and beach items. Dunkin' doughnuts , gourmet coffee shops, a fresh juice bar and a sit down breakfast restaurant for the morning. Lunch offerings are pizza, pub, outdoor bars and seafood restaurants near by is DQ and more local restaurants. For the kids, a kite shop that sells toys and candy. A great Ice Cream store is also in Harwich Port Proper. All a Walk from the cottage. Harwich Port also has 3 nearby boating ports. Neighborhood beach is a short stroll away.
