We are situated South of Route 28 in the heart of Harwich Port and less than a 5 minute stroll (just 2/10 mile) to the beautiful and bustling Bank Street Beach. Currently under extensive renovations, the Sea Haus is transforming into a coastal inspired, 3 bedroom 2 bath home available for the 2020 rental season.

Our home was built in 1990 and sits just off lively Main Street. After hitting the grocery store, plan to park your car for the week! You will be steps from amazing dining options (The Port, Embers, Mad Minnow, Hot Stove and Sundae School Ice Cream, to name a few), boutique shops, and art galleries - all while enjoying the privacy from a fully fenced in property.

The first floor features an open floor plan living and dining room with a large picture window and sky lights. There is a gorgeous fireplace that adds warmth and character to the beach-chic inspired decor, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, first floor bedroom featuring a queen sized bed and full bathroom with shower. The second floor features cathedral ceilings and brand new plank flooring with two large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and gorgeous fireplace. The second bedroom features two sets of built in bunk beds (twin over full). WIFI throughout. The second floor bathroom features a double vanity and tub/shower. The basement is the perfect hang out! Large smart TV/ DVD player and board games to appeal to any age child, as well as the laundry room.

Outside you will enjoy the enclosed (hot/cold) outdoor shower and time relaxing on the patio grilling up your favorite burgers or seafood. There is plenty of space to enjoy a game of bocce, horseshoes, spike ball or badminton in the large grassy yard.

Cape Cod and Harwich have so much to offer. Make sure to take a ride on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, or watch the Harwich Mariners play in a Cape Cod League baseball game. Go a round or two at the 9 Hole Harwich Port Golf Course, or take on the beautiful 18 Hole Cranberry Valley Golf Course. And don't forget to enjoy the Harwich Port Stroll every Wednesday night in July and August featuring live bands and fun for all!

No smoking, no pets. Seashell driveway fits 4 vehicles. Beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach buggy available.

    Best of all Possible Worlds

    This house is totally walkable to Bank Street and other beaches, and to all the shops of Harwich Port (including Sundae School!). Renovations in the last few years include a total refresh, and AC that allows control of any sounds from the action of Main Street. Beautiful lawn for bocce and family dinners, and a fire pit for s'mores or happy hour. This place can't be beat! And the owners are very engaged and responsive for any questions. We are going back next year!

    Perfect Summer Vacation

    We had a wonderful week at Sea Haus. The house was very clean upon arrival with every amenity that was needed. It is in the perfect location, walking to the beach, restaurants, shopping and of course Sundae School!

    The owners have thought of everything you would need for a relaxed vacation. The yard and fire pit were an added bonus!

    The perfect house in the perfect location!

    SeaHaus is the perfect house in the perfect location! The owners thought of every detail to make your stay more comfortable. From white noise machines in every room to games for kids and adults. The decorations and renovations make the house feel cozy and clean. SeaHaus is walking distance to amazing restaurants and Bank Street beach. You really don't need to drive anywhere if you don't want to. We couldn't recommend it more!

    Wonderful home in a GREAT location!

    We just got back from spending a week at the SeaHaus with our family, and it was truly a wonderful vacation! The house has every amenity you could ever need, plenty of space, great bedrooms, a spectacular yard, and is in the perfect location to park your vehicle and never drive again!

    Amy and Ken truly did a tremendous job of making sure that everything that we needed was taken care of, with a great welcome packet and even a nice gift upon arrival - everything was just fanastic! />
    Our kids loved the walk to Bank St. beach and the parents loved the walk to dollar oysters all over Main St! We couldn't have asked for a better week in a better home!

    We grew up coming to the cape, our kids have grown up coming to the cape and now we can share a little slice of heaven with our guests!

    We absolutely love that you can park your car for the week and walk to everything!! Beaches, breakfast, lunch, dinner & dessert! As well as shopping and art galleries!
