This new rental is just 3/10 mile to the Nantucket Sound beach, 7/10 mile to Bank Street Beach, and 1/2 mile to the Harwich Port Golf Course. This seven bedroom, four and a haft bath home will provide a large family or group of friends plenty of space to enjoy your vacation. Outside is a large deck that steps down to almost an acre of fenced in land. Two outdoor showers.

This house is a unique place to spend your summer vacation. We hope you will make some great memories at the Captain N. B. Kelley House.

Wonderful family home

This home is a true gem. The owner (Karl) is wonderful to work with. He's responsive with questions, helpful with recommendations around the area, and instantly makes you feel like you're a friend staying at his house. Not many rentals are like that these days!

The house itself is large and tastefully renovated and decorated. The bedrooms are nice sizes and have AC. There's a wet bar/prep area right near the deck along with a large grill and outdoor griddle. There's also a large dining table that sat all 14 of us for family meals. The home has different "sections" so there's room and space if you're staying as a large group for a little privacy when needed. The backyard is large and the new deck and outdoor shower were crowd pleasers in our group.

The beach is a short walk away with gentle waves for little ones and it was never crowded. You're also across the street from a Dunkin Donuts and CVS for any quick essentials and less than 5 mins walking to town with cute shops, restaurants, and ice cream.

All in all, this home was wonderful and we will certainly be back! show more show less

Summer Rental

We were not sure what to expect with a rental on Cape Cod during Corona outbreak. We were immediately put at ease working by the owners. The attention to detail, hospitality and responsiveness was incredible.

As For the House - Fabulous, well laid out with lots of updates to go with its charm. The size allows for large groups to have their own space, with great spaces to come together and entertain. The location is unrivaled, in the heart of downtown and a short walk to anything you would want on a Cape vacation. It will be a new family tradition for sure, can't wait for next summer's stay. What is special about this property?
This Antique Captains home is being updated and renovated, Comfortable beds, New showers, Kitchen, 2 new Bathrooms and Huge new Deck overlooking a fenced in 1 acre yard. There is nothing like this property in Harwich Port. Steps to Perks, The Mad Minnow and The Port, Wednesday's Music in The port can be enjoyed from your screened in Porch. The Beach is a 5 minute walk down Pine St.
