We had a lovely visit on Cape Cod just recently. This rental had some renovations recently with new windows in the living room and paint and a new couch. Everything was very comfortable. The place was very clean. The beach was a short walk and with 2 young boys, it was great to easily bring them down to play in the sand. We also went shopping in Chatham and to the pirate museum in Yarmouth, which my son loved. We also got some fresh lobsters steamed and cracked for dinner one night, at a place the owner recommended, which were delicious.
The owner was responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back again! show more show less

We had a great stay at this rental in Harwich. It's perfect for a small family, or 1 or 2 couples. The location is great. We are a couple with one child and we brought a niece as well. There's a beach right down that is easy to walk to and it's also central on the Cape to lots of attractions. The apartment is clean and the kitchen has all plenty of dishes, small appliances, and utensils. There are also beach chairs and an umbrella, which was convenient so we didn't have to bring our own. The owner was responsive to any questions. We have great memories from our week and will definitely rent again. show more show less
