We had such a wonderful, last minute stay at Karen's Harwichport home. The fabulous early September weather, the beautiful beach (easy 10 minute walk,) the screened porch and the freestanding outdoor shower made for a perfect stay! This property is even nicer than the photos, stocked with everything you'll need to feel right at home. The neighborhood is quiet and a quick ride to the dining & shopping in Harwichport Center. You won't be disappointed!

We had an amazing time at Karen's home. The house itself was one of the nicest we have rented in the cape - clean, modern, comfortable. The beds were probably the most comfortable beds we have stayed at in a vacation rental! The enclosed patio was a plus! It allowed for a great gathering spot outside without the bugs but with the breeze!! The location was also perfect - half a mile to the beach which was a pleasant walk. The neighborhood itself was also nice, quiet and perfect for families - the neighbors were all friendly. The house also had beach equipment for our use - chairs, umbrella, wagon to wheel to beach. It was definitely a plus not having to pack all of this, especially traveling with a baby! We hope to be back soon!!!!!

I grew up coming to the area and let me tell
You… I never stayed in a house as clean and cozy as this one. The house was fully stocked with everything you would need. It was clean, bright, and cheerful. Located at the end of a quiet road, we enjoyed bike riding to the beach or just sitting on the front porch. Our friends rented the owners other house a few doors down, which allowed the kids to bike from house to house endlessly. The outdoor shower was amazing and the storage in the shed was perfect to put our bikes when it rained. The kids loved the room full of single beds and having their own bathroom. Having a washer and dryer in the basement was so helpful as well! I would highly recommend this house to any family who wants to enjoy a beautiful time at the Cape.

My family and I have rented this house the past 2 summers and it has become one of our favorites!! The house is clean ( and air conditioned!) and the space is great for just hanging out. This summer, we especially loved the 3 season porch…perfect spot for a book and a morning coffee.
And we LOVE the location and the proximity to the beach!! We love being able to hop on our bikes and ride 5 minutes to the beach!
Karen and Bob are very responsive and want to be sure their guests are comfortable and have a wonderful vacation!
We are already looking forward to next summer!!

We loved our stay in this well maintained, clean, and beautiful rental. The home is very comfortable with great outdoor space. With 3 bedrooms (7 beds total) 2.5 bathrooms and the additional lovely outdoor shower, there was plenty of room for our family of 4 and a few day visitors. The location cannot be beat - walking distance to the family friendly Earle Beach and a 1 mile walk to town with an abundance of shops and restaurants. The owners are very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

With my son's wedding weekend at Whychmere Harbor, I was grateful for this spot. Karen was attentive to all of my questions. This home was perfect for my family of 7 as we prepared for our busy weekend. It's a beautiful clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of great places for scenic walks! Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about this house. Its in a great location. Easy walk to beach. Quiet neighborhood. The inside of this house was immaculate. I am super fussy when it comes to rentals and this one was perfect. Clean, spacious, fully equipped. We had 6 adults and one baby and had more than enough room. Karen was very responsive to any inquiries. She went above and beyond accommodating our very last-minute need for a place, we were very grateful. I have been going to the cape for 45+ years and have never stayed in this area before and fell in love with it. I highly recommend.

Our family of four stayed at this beautiful home to attend a family wedding at the Wynchmere. From the time of booking, to the day of departure, the owner was always available. The home is beautifully furnished, and the beds are extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the screen in porch, the outdoor shower, the adirondack chairs with gas fire pit, walking to the beach and cooking meals in the very well stocked kitchen. We have very happy memories of our short stay in Harwichport. Hope to someday return to experience all the area has to offer.

This home is spotless and has so much character. Plenty of room and a great layout for larger groups. The oversized kitchen island with reclaimed wood, outdoor shower, quick walk to the beach and the sunroom were our favorites! My son was getting married at Wychmere in Harwichport and finding a rental to include his Friday night wedding, which was on the 4th of July weekend, was a challenge. Karen went above and beyond to accommodate us.

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. The place was beautiful, roomy and very comfortable. We had little kids with us and were pleased to find the upstairs room with twin beds to be plenty big enough and even had plenty of room to expand our party in years to come (there is a day bed, 3 twins and a twin mattress under each of the twins!)

Karen was great. She was available for anything we needed and even accommodated an embarrassing mismatch of dates on my part when we thought we were staying until Tuesday but the dates I had provided only went to Monday (extra stars for this!!)

Bottom line, we'll be back if she lets us :)

Quiet, comfortable, bright and close to the beach. Couldn't ask for better for our winter Cape stay.

After a long year, we really looked forward to our vacation in Harwichport and we were not disappointed. The house was great and very comfortable. It was very nicely appointed and had great amenities. We particularly enjoyed that wonderful screened in back porch and the fire pit area in the backyard.

It is a short walk to Earl St Beach and a mile into Harwichport Center. Music in the Port a fun event on Wed. nights.

We had a small problem with the grill but the homeowners immediately got back to us rectifying the problem.

This Harwich Port stay is perfect for any family looking for a relaxed week on the Cape with immediate access to the beach and everything in downtown Harwich Port. The kitchen features a huge, hand-crafted island with plenty of seating fit perfectly for any meal or large dinner preparation.

The private back yard has gorgeous Adirondack chairs around the fire set just 10 yards from an outdoor shower. Keep in mind, this isn't the type of shower outside of Grandma's camp on the lake, this is a luxury experience with stone flooring, beautiful greens woven around the base of the shower, and two separate areas - one for changing and one for showering. The owners spared no detail in putting the outdoor space together for their guests.

Back inside, the beds are comfy, the showers are clean, the water pressure is sublime, and there are multiple cozy seating areas.

I'd be remiss not to mention that nearly 70% of our stay was spent on the screened in porch which provided relief from the hot summer sun and a cool space to sit under a blanket when the sun went down. With what seemed to be a 70 inch TV mounted on the wall in the screened in porch, we enjoyed everything from Cheaper by the Dozen to Anderson Cooper.

Thanks to Karen and Bob for everything. They were always a phone call away if we needed anything. We'll be back next year and for years to come!

We have been coming up to the Cape for twenty years and this is one of the best houses we have stayed at. Pictures are spot on and the owners a pleasure to rent from. Hard to narrow down our favorite parts...outdoor shower, back porch or fire pit.

The handmade kitchen island/table was awesome to either eat or play games at with our party of six. Highly recommend and looking forward to staying again.
