Welcome to the Cozy Cottage, a 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage that sleeps five (5) located just steps from the beautiful white sand Nantucket Sound beaches and Harwich Port town center. Located in the historic ‘Campground’ area, stroll the quaint neighborhoods down to the beach, while enjoying the classic Cape Cod-style cottages and decorative landscapes boasting vibrant blue, pink, and purple hydrangeas and white seashell driveways. A short walk to downtown Harwich Porter center offers restaurants, a juice bar, coffee shops, and shopping.
Cozy Cottage is just a 3 minute walk to the neighborhood Atlantic Ave Beach, where the whole family will enjoy the warm waters of Nantucket Sound. Feel the sand between your toes as the gentle waves guide your walk from jetty-to-jetty down to Wychmere Harbor and back.
Enter through the Cozy front step into a classic, “knottical”, knotty-pine Cape Cod cottage. Starting in the spacious living room, you will find coastal furniture, a vintage radio, 45 inch HD TV, and WiFi. Off the living room is the first bedroom with 1 twin bed. Move further into the house and find the kitchen and dining area. The bathroom is located just off the dining area. Travel up the staircase and find two (2) air conditioned bedrooms, which include two (2) twin beds and the other with one (1) queen bed.
Step out the back door, and you will find a patio complete with table seating and a gas grill. The perfect spot to cookout with family and friends. Around the corner, find a “must have” if you live on Cape Cod: a private outdoor shower. There is nothing better than coming home after a long day on the beach than enjoying a shower in the beautiful surroundings of the Cape on a warm summer night.
