Plenty of space in this nice house on a quiet street and walking distance to the ocean. We had a nice time here with our family (4 adults and 2 kids). Karen was super responsive, honest, and easy to work with. The house was clean and kitchen well equipped. House was kid-friendly without a lot of breakable stuff everywhere and they had slipcovers on the furniture. It was tastefully finished at a basic level with extras like beach chairs and beach wagon we could borrow. We had a very nice stay and will definitely consider coming back!

This house is perfect! So comfortable and welcoming. Gorgeous sunroom (which was our favorite), plenty of space, 2 bathrooms that are very much needed with teenagers, great deck, and fabulous location to everything! A short walk to the beach was less than 10 minutes for us and although the weather was not on our side, we still enjoyed our time there! You can walk into town as it is just over a mile and well-sidewalked. There are many shops and restaurants to enjoy morning, noon, and night. Can't wait to go back!

This is our second year staying at this house and we love it! It's a convenient location, clean and cozy. The communication from the owner is great and we look forward to returning next year!

My family just completed another amazing Cape Cod Vacation. We have been renting this cottage for the last 10 years and couldn't be happier. The cottage is beautiful and the recent updates to the home have made it even more hospitable. Quick walk to beach or town and couldn't ask for a better location. The homeowners are the best to work with. Do yourself a favor and take advantage of the opportunity to spend your vacation here.

Stayed at this cute home for the second year in July. It offers everything you could want during a cape summer vacation. We especially love the large deck, swings, and outdoor shower! Walkable to beach even with our 3 year old. 3 min drive to grocery store, coffee, liquor store etc. 5 minute drive to Harwichport Center! The neighborhood itself is quiet and is actually a loop so great to stroll around if you have small children. I am too afraid to stay anyplace else because I know it would be disappointed! Plus, the owners are lovely people and very helpful. Had a wonderful time again!

My husband, my toddler and I stayed here in Early September. We absolutely loved our time here! The quiet neighborhood was perfect to let our daughter ride her little red car around without worrying too much about traffic. Spacious, private deck area was great for hanging outside for dinner/drinks, complete with a swing for our little one. The TV room was spacious with high ceilings and where we spent most of our time when we were at home. The location was wonderful- walkable to beach, supermarket, and harwich port center! We would love to come back!

Karen was a perfect host. The house is in a great location with less than 1/2 mile walk to the beach. She even provides a wagon and beach chairs for your use.
The house was exceptionally clean with lots of amenities and newer appliances. Plenty of space for the six of us to gather and central air was a welcomed bonus!
Communication was excellent. We were given many local options for food, entertainment and shopping. The local grocery store is right down the road, well stocked and wasn't crowded when we visited.
We will be sure to book again if we decide to return to the Cape in the future.

We had a lovely time at this clean and well maintained house! The outdoor shower was wonderful and the lay out was perfect for our family. The location was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet and also close to all we needed, including the beach and downtown. The owners were responsive and a pleasure to work with!

My family has been renting this property for the last 5+ years and could not be happier with the house and location. A quick walk/car ride into downtown Harwichport or the beach. Could not be more centrally located while still having the ability to be in a quiet private neighborhood. The house has always been well maintained and includes the addition of Central AC and an amazing outside shower. The homeowner could not be easier to work with and we have already booked again for next year.

The house was perfect, spotless, great open rooms. Could have lounged in the large sun room all day! Kitchen incredibly stocked! Karen & Bob were fantastic in providing insight on the area in great detail. Beds were very comfortable! Nice deck & outdoor shower.
Everything all on one level-except for the laundry-thru the bilco doors.

Peaceful, flat neighborhood. Very short walk to Earle Beach-made even easier with the wagon & beach chairs they provided.

My family consensus for this vacation property was it was perfect. It was a 10min walk to Earle Rd Beach and a short drive to Harwichport (which has lots of great places to eat and shop). There is also easy access to many activities (trampolines, go carts, bike trail, etc).

The kitchen was stocked with dishes, utensils, glasses, pot and pans. The two living spaces allowed us to spread out when we needed to. We enjoyed eating on the deck and the outdoor shower, after a day on the beach. The front bedroom (with twins) is small but had plenty of storage. The master was roomy as was the 2nd twin bedroom which was off the kitchen.

Thanks to Karen and Bob for their quick response to the questions we had about the TV. We all thought this place was a keeper!

This was our first time staying on the cape with our three kids. This place was perfect for us! Had everything we needed and the 10 min walk to the beach worked for us. The central air and out door shower were a plus! Also having the three swings was awesome for my kids. They loved it! The location was great short drive to downtown and short drive to our new favorite restaurant the Ocean House!

We definitely will be back next summer!

This was my first time visiting the Cape with my two teenage daughters and we loved it! The house was very clean, there's central AC and it has a really nice layout.

The owners are awesome! So helpful with recommendations for dinner, places to go, best beaches to see, etc. I felt like I had my own personal concierge! Conveniently located near everything! We know you'll enjoy your stay as much as we did!

We had a wonderful time staying at Karen's rental! Enough room for everyone to have their own space with 3 bedrooms. Loved having the 2 living spaces where the kids could hang out in one room and the adults could visit in the other. Well-equipped and spacious kitchen with a dishwasher allowed for easy meal prep and clean up. All around a fantastic rental!

This rental is in a good location where you can easily access most parts of the Cape. It's a solid 10 min. walk to the beach, so if you want to be closer, just be aware of that. The closest beach does have a parking lot that requires a beach sticker, or you can pay if you would prefer to drive. Washer and dryer are in the basement, only accessed from outside as listed, which is a bit of an inconvenience. One of the bedrooms with two twins is small, OK for younger kids but tight for older kids.

Central air and outside shower are a plus.

Owners are very easy to deal with and promptly returned security deposit.

This lovely cottage is located in a great neighborhood and is in close proximity to the beach. It is bright, clean and comfortable with central A/C and a washer/dryer.. The kitchen was well stocked and the gas grill on the large deck was so convenient.

Beach chairs, and a wagon to lug your gear are provided for the short walk to the beach. The cottage is close to many shops, restaurants and activities for all ages. We had a great week in Harwichport and will definitely return!
