This was our 5th year taking a "girls' getaway" September vacation in Cape Cod, and the Three Little Lobsters was a perfect place for us. It exceeded our expectations as far as cleanliness, nice decor, and amenities. The house was in a great location, in Harwich but close to Chatham. We found great restaurants, beaches, and took advantage of the Monomoy Seal Cruise out of Harwich which was fun and interesting. The owners were also very helpful and available for any questions. It was one of our favorite rental properties.

We complimented everything in this house From day one to our last day.The Interior is absolutely beautiful.Kitchen is expertly stocked.Furniture throughout the house is so comfortable.Back deck where we spent most of our time is so Cosy.Ample bikes for the family to use.Every yard game you can think of and to finish it off a beautiful fire pit.Gary and Kristine were so easy to deal with.We,ll be back next summer if they'll have us.

We had a wonderful week at this lovely home in Harwich. The home had everything we needed to make our week easy and relaxing. We loved the deck and backyard. The home also had a washer dryer and the bed configuration fit our family perfectly! Owners were easy to deal with and prompt responding. I highly recommend this home and hope to return next year.

We had a great time in Harwich this summer. This house is beautiful and has everything you could ask for. The backyard is great for games and the proximity to the bike path was really convenient.

Wonderful hosts, Gary & Kristine are very responsive to guests needs. The home is very clean and decorated in a beautiful beach theme. Ideal location for shopping, beach, biking & dining. Highly recommended!!! Looking forward to returning next year.

I can't recommend Three Little Lobsters enough. House looked exactly like in the pictures, if not better. We stayed with 4 adults and (2) 18 month olds and had the best time. The house had plenty of room and a great layout. It was decorated beautifully, extremely clean and truly felt like we were in someone's home, not just a rental property.

The yard is beautifully landscaped and perfect to let little kids run around in. We enjoyed the fire pit at night and mornings/afternoons on the back deck. We lucked out with sunny weather every day and they had a HUGE umbrella on the deck that allowed us to all get some shade during the afternoon which was particularly great with little kids around. The outdoor shower was a dream and had 3 shower heads. The daily post-beach outdoor shower was the most relaxing thing ever. We just felt so comfortable and at home here.

Great location - quick drive to Harwichport, Main Street Chatham, the beaches, etc. Definitely would recommend this property and we certainly hope to come back!

You can't help but relax here! Kristine and Gary are wonderful hosts who have thought of absolutely everything their guests could possibly need. The house is perfectly decorated, immaculately clean, and has all the modern amenities. Once you sit on the deck you won't want to move -from your morning coffee to the amazing stargazing at night. There are games for the whole family. The darts, corn hole and air hockey were favorites of ours. The house is close to everything- beaches, restaurants, shopping… we cannot wait to come back next year!

We were completely warmed by the greeting we received that made us feel special, and wowed by the level of detail and quality that made us feel at home. Great location for access to beaches, shops and restaurants, Cape Cod baseball, and a day trip to Nantucket. Can't wait to go back!

We had a great stay for a long weekend. The house was immaculate with all of the amenities. Location is great and the homeowners were responsive and great to work with throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

We had a super week. Kristine and Gary are amazing. They are wonderful hosts and respond to any needs or questions immediately. The house is great! The location is close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We walked to the beach every morning as part of our daily exercise.

The back deck and yard are beautiful and offer a great place to relax, grill and play games. The neighborhood is so quiet and the neighbors very friendly. You can't go wrong staying in this sweet house!

This home is well appointed with nice furniture, a lovely backyard, outdoor shower, great access to the bike path and very flexible and responsive owners. We would definitely rent with them again!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed (beach towels, beach chairs, etc) A few favorites were air hockey, darts, outdoor shower, and a huge backyard with a fire pit.

Our family enjoyed having access to the bike path at the end of the street and being so close to downtown Chatham and restaurants, the beach, and Harwichport - you couldn't ask for a better location!

We had a wonderful time for our family vacation in this beautiful home! You can tell there is so much care that went into this home. The owners went out of their way to communicate and be sure we had everything we needed!

The kids had so much fun with the air hockey table in the basement, and running around in the yard while we relaxed with a glass of wine on the deck! S'mores by the fire pit, corn hole, wiffle ball.. plenty to do! Great location conveniently in between downtown Harwichport and Chatham. Highly recommend!
